I thought it was FAST food??? Ordered thru the app and HAD to pick up thru since inside was closed. They told me I could pull up... to a reserved spot so I did and watched EVERYONE in the drive thru be taken care of before me even though I used the app. Poormanagement Read more
Consistent quality and service. It's acceptable but not great. You stand a 50% chance of getting your order correct at the drive... thru. A bit better ordering inside. Using the kiosk is easy. Read more
**I Door Dashed and didn?t catch that this was the location I opened an order under in time** So I can get over no straw or... sauce being in the bag but forgetting the burger on my sandwich? How is that even a thing? The worker clearly had to SEE thatthere was no patty and still wrapped the sandwich. My coworker previously worked here and she said they like to purposely messwith ppl?s orders so I just want to know if it was done on purpose or if it was genuinely an accident. It sucked waited over15 minutes to get waited on and then another twenty minutes to get food.mygranddaugjter had to be at dance... so we ended up having to eat on the go. Another little boy waited over twenty minutes for a refill so I finally spoke up. Iunderstand understaffed but to ignore people is unforgiven. Read more
The seating area had dirty tables. It took 25 minutes to get 2 Big Mac meals. The burgers were cold, but the fries were hot... and fresh. A customer appeared to exit the bathroom high on meth.
