This is the worst Panera bread ever. I used to love Panera bread I was kno as the Panera bread nurse but now. First you wait... forever only to get your food messed up anyway. They forget tthe chips or bread.or pickle.I?ll come today get something madecome tomorrow and they claim they don?t do that. I?ll order a regular size sandwich today and tomorrow it?s the size of aslider and I?m told that?s the way the bread is cut but yet I?m paying the same price . is always great! This morning, I was the third customer in the and several tables had crumbs on top of them. I informed a person... from behind the counter with the intention of helping with this. They sent someone to clean the tables all except the one Ipointed out to that person. We eat regularly at other Panera stores and this one seems to struggle in service. Spent 15 minutes in the drive through, waiting, ordering, waiting more, only to get to window for them to not have my order. Noah you are not at fault personally, but for you to hold a title such as manager, you?ve got a long way to go buddy. You didn?t... ONCE ask for my name, my order number, my address ?. How were you going to refund my money which was your only resolution to myentire order being wrong? You never once asked for my information , you were very passive aggressive with the way you spoke. Ias the customer should not have to call door dash and say ?hey I know your driver didn?t do anything wrong, but can you sendthem back out on a tip less delivery to fix what PANERA messed up? I am a frequent door dash user and do not want the reputationof someone who does that. Shame on you Noah. Seriously, whoever trained you should be embarrassed for your lack of respect tothe customer when it comes to situations such as these. Don?t worry about it though, I?ll throw this 50$ order in the trash andnever ask for my money back because that?s the customer I am. You?ll just lose my business forever .
