Went to Ruby Tuesday on a Sunday evening. We both had the $11.99 ribeye steak and baked potato special and the unlimited salad... bar which was $3.99 with the special. Unfortunately, there was a 25 minute wait when we arrived. Most of the tables were empty,but it was obvious that they were majorly understaffed. Our waiter was very polite, friendly and super fast. The salad bar wasfresh and fully stocked with a great variety of items and dressings. Our dinner arrived quickly after finishing our salads andour waiter replenished our drinks promptly. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant and the restaurant was quiet with good musicplaying at a reasonable volume. Overall it was a great experience and the food was delicious. We will definitely go to RubyTuesday again for a quiet night out with excellent food. Read more
Probably one of the worst restaurant experiences I?ve had. We travel often for both business and pleasure. Everything just... seemed to be wrong. I didn?t get pictures of it all but I did get some. The portions were HORRIBLE for the price. That packagingwas HORRIBLE TOO.. Most of it I had to heat up because it wasn?t cooked enough. Baked potato was so hard, the salmon was raw inthe middle still. The kids Mac and cheese wasnt even melted and had to be heated back up too. The molten lava cake looked likehalf of it was gone. Honestly the list goes on and on. They also mixed butter and sour cream together???? Like it?s suppose tocome separately regardless if I was gonna put it together or not. It?s just insane. I?ve never seen such horrible service in mylife. The whole crew needs to be changed over there, I will not be ordering from this location again. Read more
Fantastic place to eat!!! A friendly and helpful wait staff.. the most beautiful, well put together salad bar anywhere in Citrus... County!! I have to admit this is my go-to place!!! My Daughter, Granddaughter and I go regularly!!! Do yourself a favor and trythe Baby Back Ribs, the Hickory Smoked Salmon.. the Chicken Naches off the Appetizer menu are absolutely amazing!! 10Stars!!! ???????????? Read more

Gotta admit when we first got there my expectations were low. The hostess simply asked how many people. Not Good afternoon,... Welcome to Ruby Tuesdays, not How are you. Just "How many people". Then takes us to our booth, as she turned to leave she said"You're waitress will be here in a min". Very lackluster beginning. Then we get our waitress Athena and let me tell you, shechanged the entire vibe. She was super personable. I asked for her opinion on a couple drinks and she steered me right. Then mybother was trying to decide on 2 burgers, Athena explained how he could really get both on one. She made sure your drinks werenever empty. Absolutely amazing. Best service we have received since coming out of this whole Covid thing. We will be backbecause of Athena and the good food. Read more
This was a absolutely wonderful place to bring the entire family. We had a large group of people and seating wasn't an issue.... They had an amazing salad bar with soup options and it had something on the menu for everybody, it wasn't missing much! Theservice was outstanding our waitress was Athena wonderful lady she did an amazing job! I like that the fact that they are kidorganized and ready for a family of all ages the place was super clean the bathroom was fairly decent and I got an amazing meal.And they also had a full bar and seating available in that area.. We had the 2 /$24 . The service was excellent with Tiffany . She made sure we had everything we needed. The food was cooked... perfectly. I love extra crispy fries and they made them exactly how I like them. The manager Javon , came and checked on us andmade sure everything was good. Thank you for a great night out. Read more
