Clean, swift service, with a smile. Everything was fresh. Busy but nice.
I got no "Welcome to Subway" greeting (people entering after me did), person in front of me had 6 sandwich order and 1 person... was working. New associates? Took forever to get my order. I used the machine to order. Had my grandson with me. There was none inside but... wanted to show him how it worked. Order was to go. Ordered a spicy chix sandwich for me and a KIDS chicken nuggets with friesand chocolate milk. He got spicy chicken nuggets and his fries were cold. Needless to say but as we were driving he asked whydidn't we go through the drive thru. It had 6 cars in line and the car that entered the lot right before us was still in line? Read more
BEWARE!!! I went to this Subway to buy 3 subs with a coupon for $17.99. I added extra meat on each of them, $3 each plus tax for... a total of $28.81. I was never given a receipt. I was charged $34.33. After complaining a lady by the name of Tricia told methat I had left a tip of $5.72 cents. I had put $1 in the plastic box. Never would I leave almost a $7 tip for a so-so work. Itold Tricia that I would send a complaint to corporate and she then said "whatever, go ahead, we are not a corporate storeanyway , have a nice day!" NEVER AGAIN will they get my business!!! I wouldn?t recommend ordering from the app because they don?t follow through on double of anything. Also, my husband paid for... guacamole on the app but they were out and failed to mention or reimburse him. Probably will have to order in store so you cansee how your sandwich is made. Read more
I come in every Sunday around 6 pm and every time I come in the sandwich maker acts like it is an inconvenience that I have... walked in the door. Very rarely a hello or welcome and never a smile. The worst customer service I have ever received in asubway. Read more
Despite the parking lot being a cluster-fk, my experience with this Subway was great!! Ordered a salad and by far, the best... salad I ever had anywhere!! There was no skimping on my veggies or the second scoop of chicken I paid extra for. The salad wasplentiful and tasted great!! I even complimented the associate who made my salad as I departed and told her that she is now theonly one I will have make my salads in the future. Hahaha. A great experience.
