Order was correct and got take out rather fast. Our order was taken by a kind man named Ashton. He was very helpful and was... helping out his team after we had finished ordering. Drink machine wasn't working. ketchup pump dispenser wasn't working, so I got packets instead. It looked as if someone just... dumped sticky stuff in the holding tray. All packets were covered with crud. The table had syrup on it, which got all over myphone when I put it down on the table. The place was 65 degrees inside, which I normally wouldn't complain about, but my foodwas cold by the time I was halfway through eating it. I ordered the strawberry chicken salad. Nice portion of chicken but too dry for me. I also ordered a medium vanilla frosty. No... vanilla.! The medium size was smaller than their old small. I was disappointed. I don't recommend this place. Read more
This Wendy's is in front of a Walmart. We stopped this morning for breakfast. The food was alright. I love the mcmuffin bread.... The seasoned fries they have for breakfast are on point. They literally need to do these for lunch and dinner too. They are soso much better than the regular fries they have. Read more
This runs a little slow but I'm usually there at 10pm. Not much other activity here at that time so I'm sure there isn't food... ready just waiting for me to show up. Again, it's only a little slow, not outrageous. That said...food is always correct, hot,fresh and packaged correctly. NEVER have to go back with a problem...it's worth the extra minutes waiting to have it right thefirst time! Employees are always polite. I have no complaints. *PS the wait time is not a complaint by any means and should notbe taken that way...only an observation to help others understand its not food sitting under a heat lamp waiting for you todrive around building as they toss it in car...a good restaurant takes the appropriate amount of time to make things right foryou. Will not ever go back. Had a salad. Got sick. A family member went a week later, got sick. We did not order the same items. I'm... SURE they're NOT trained in food safety... I have worked in food all my life,( from military to a resort "asst chef")... and Ifeel that people who are hired in food, NEED and SHOULD be trained in food safety... From people handing out the food bag to themanagers! Plain and simple! You can have your own kitchen at home the way you like... But if you work in food service of ANYTYPE, you should be able to to KNOW what is going on...think...uf you're unconformable eating it...why would you give it tosomeone else. 9 times out of ten, people in food industry will NOT eat what they hand out. I had the worst experience dining in here today. They didn't have their napkins stocked, but they also didn't give me any... napkins or the sauce for my kids nuggets (but they made sure to stick a stack of ads in my bag). And then when I took the firstbite of my sandwich I knew something was off. I looked at it, and it looked disgusting. When I brought it up to show the managershe rudely told me that's what it's supposed to look like. DO NOT ORDER THE BIG BACON CHEDDAR. If that's what it's supposed tolook like then I don't like the direction wendys is going in with their sandwiches. Read more
