I called after 1 hour 5 minutes of waiting and was told it was just sent out. 30 minutes later it wasn?t here so I called to... cancel it. The first guy hung up on me. I have only purchased the wings which have their good and bad days. They can taste like they have been cooked sat out and then... reheated. Pizza... last time I got it was pretty salty. My wife got a Philly. She was not impressed. But you get what you canafford at the time and usually we get Kings but thought we would give it a try. Again, I only get the wings. I order from Inwood Anthony's usually once a week sometimes twice a week. Well last night we ordered 2 pizza's and 2 salads. I... was making plates and noticed a huge peice of hair baked down under the cheese and it was stuck pretty good when I tried to pullit. That was it for me I couldn't eat it and noone else in the house wanted it either. I called to speak a manager "Ron" he saidno way possible only dudes work there, and we would have noticed it. I said I will bring the pizza into you to prove it, I saidbetter yet I will bring all the food back. He said no need to do all that just throw it away and come in we will make anotherone for you I said ill pass. I would not be able to stomach eating it. I told him Ill be in today to get my money back he seemedto have a issue. I went to the store showed him the picture, first he told me he doesn't see hair in my pictures. Then he toldme was probably my delivery drivers bread hair, well for one why I'd my delivery driver opening my pizza box and for 2 no waythis was bread hair to long and u can tell difference. Then he once again told me to look around no females work there, I laughtake a picture and said clearly there is a female right there answering phones and the dude answering phones as well also haslonger hair. He was trying to go onto his next excuse bc clearly he didn't want to take fault for a peice of Hair that was bakedin under the double cheese. The fact he was more worried about arguing with me and trying to say I'm a lier then justapologizing and taking fault and refunding me for the pizza clearly shows he doesn't need to be a manager. I get it mistakeshappen but hair baked into my pizza was a big issue, it didnt just fall onto my pizza. Food isn't cheap our bill was 60.00 plusdelivery fee and 10.00 tip. This once was a great place to order. Order from kings, where they get your order right the 1st time. When Anthony makes a... mistake you get a argument when its clearly stated how u ordered on your receipt. Terrible customer service! Save yourself theheadache!! Read more
Used to eat here all the time and their food was always good. But today when we ordered first when my wife called to place the... order the man on the phone was semi- disrespectful and slammed the phone down in my wife's ear but I gave them the benefit ofthe doubt that maybe they were just having trouble hearing or something so I placed our order online when we got our food wowI've never gotten a cheese steak so terrible the bread was thoroughly soaked with mayo to the point you couldn't even pick it upwithout it falling apart and the meat looked like it was the scrapings off of the grill I literally took one bite and threw itin the trash and I only took that bite because I paid $30 for two cheese steaks and 2 pieces of cheesecake( which was barelyedible also) and didn't want to just waste my money Read more
