Went through drive through 8 minutes b4 closing, the young lady who took my order was nothing short but extremely polite and... helpful. I apologized multiple times for coming 8 minutes before close as I?m traveling from PA>NC. My only ?complaint? and it?snot even a complaint is the edges of my beef were crispy. Madelyn is starting out and was trained by the best and was outstanding with taking, handing my order. She took my order and got... the job done with a difficult order. Management helped, understood but most important. GOT THE JOB DONE! My service was so goodI forgot my food was too. Now that is what you call customer service, take out, fast food, or just your way. Arby's advertise opening at 10:00 am. My husband and I stopped today, May 31, 2022. We tried to open door at 10:00, the door... was still locked. My husband knocked on the door, no one responded. At 10:05 I call the store, no one answered. I hung up whenwe saw an employee unlock the other door. After she unlocked the other door she turned in our direction and went behind thecounter. Service was good, but a ton of bread leftover after eating our Reubens. And the always wonderful upside down fries.
