Really starting to feel like i should stop going to this location after 12 am Everywhere on the Internet it says they're open... till 1 AM on a sunday but when you go there after 12 the outside lights are off and they said they can't find my order in thecomputer after they say my name and tell me to pull around and I didn't even tell him my name yet and it felt like they lookedat my order and decided they didn't want to make it during store hours ???? I?ve never left a review for anywhere, but this place needs it. Every single time I come here the wait is insane. I waited 35... minutes for one single order this evening. The family in front of me waited 25. The order is always right and the staff isfriendly, but don?t go here if you?re looking for anything remotely close to ?fast food.? Read more
Service is horrible, especially in drive through.. I'd they get 3 cars it's like the world is ending and they make you... litterally wait 5 to 10 minutes at the speaker before they take your order.. Then when you bring the food home its either wrongor horrible... If it was not for the wife, I would not go anywhere near this place.. though I realize it's not always the peopleworking faults, it is a scheduling issue for the amount of business... nor sure how this place stays in business.. as it is anightly problem, not just now and then.. They chose to take a large order(100 taco order) from drive threw rather than help other customers who walked in or came in the... drive thru after the selfish guy came. They didnt even tell customers about the large order, i overheard workers talking sothats how i knew. Read more
Its Taco Hell here after 9pm this taco bell turn into hell. Today was probably the worst experience i had. Good news i got my... return. The bad news is manager, and employees need retraining i ordered a chicken chalupa supreme combo with 2 chalupas 1 tacoand a drink. None of the employees i talked to including the mamager had no idea what was on their drive thru menu and thats sadthat they dont know and that i had to argue get loud with them just to get my return because i kept asking for what i wanted andthey would ignore what i said and do something else it made me upset. Too many kids work there....Since I first came to this location it has gotten worse. They hire kids that screw off right in... front of the customers. Also never fail but the refried beans don't even look edible....Will not go there again unless theystart hiring kids that actually give 2 hoots about good food...... Read more
I do not recommend this location, barely any chicken on the taco's ordered. Nacho's were 100% missing the chicken ordered. Asked... taco bell online to contact me about the order, have not received any sort of response. Read more
I am a Door Dash Driver, and I had a horrible experience with the manager! He said he didn't have the order, he would not listen... to me, and was rude, and he told me to come to the front door and then walked right by me and didn't let me in. So, I go back tothe drive-thru and he said he would be right with me making me wait even longer, and then I see my order was on the screen thewhole time and was there. The female employee apologized and said she was trying to explain that they did have the order to hermanager and he was not listening to her as well. I never complain, but, he is doing his employees, Taco Bell customers, as wellas Door Dash and their customers a huge disservice. This ordeal added an additional 30 minutes to the customer's order, and itcould have easily be avoided if the manager would have just listened! Read more
