I normally don't have issues here but am in drive in with my daughter and grandmother in law. They took her order and and asked... for one small mozzarella sticks and then later asked to have 2 more small mozzarella added to it and they said fine. But thenthey turn around and add 2 small onion rings and made her pay for it then when she corrected em they said they'd fix it. Thenthey brought the 2 small mozzarella stick orders out they made her pay for their mistake! Then they tried saying it wasn't onthe ticket. Of course it wasn't on the ticket, they made a mistake! The guy hearing our grievance was getting huffy and got hismanager. The manager heard the mistake and said he had to go talk inside to see what he could do. He came out and said he couldrefund for the mozzarella sticks but he had to take the two orders of small onion rings. I'm not sure why he had to take em togive us the refund, but I hope he isn't trying to serve those to other customers. He then gave us the refund but only gave usthe pre tax amount. Good food but they are slow most of the time, they don't really pay attention to the order because they have to ask you what you... said more than twice, drive thru is the worst I sat in the drive thru multiple times waiting longer than 15 mins with 3 carsahead. Food is usually good and decently fresh. The 4 stars are due to drinks. The last 7-10 times I have ordered cherry limeade extra... real cherries, extra cherry syrup and easy ice. Did NOT receive ANY real cherries (zero cherries) or the extra syrup AND got afull cup of ice. Each time I have paid $0.20 extra for the real cherries and did not get any, and another $0.20 for the extracherry syrup and didn't get that either. But hey, I did get a full cup of ice that I didn't want. Read more
We have eaten there for years. We moved away years ago. We?re in town and ordered a double cheeseburger, wife ordered crispy... chicken sandwich. I have never eaten a cheeseburger as good as the one I had. I have eaten many cheeseburgers, but this was thebest ever. These people know what they are doing. Usually awesome but tonight was horrible. My order showed correct on the receipt but couple of the shakes were wrong...ok no... biggie they swapped em out. Then get home and get ready to enjoy my shake and the ???? was a stem and sliver of cherry ????youre kidding me! Plus, since we had to wait for the shake swap, tots were cold and yuck. Its Sonic, food is fresh and hot most of the time. Busy times are quick, definitely one of the better fast-food places in Iola
