Service: Really good, timely, friendly and correct order! Taste: Food itself is really good tasting. Value: most of the items on... the menu is worth the price however the Man and Cheese is not, it does taste good however the amount you get for $3 is not worthit. When the container is only 1/2 full even after stirring it up. That?s why the four star ratting! Over all great experienceand will go again! I stop there from time to time and have always got a good meal. Recently I stopped by and ordered a meal and when it came time... to pay i took out some money and I was bluntly told by the order taker that she would not take cash unless I would either roundup to the next dollar or had exact change. I did not have change and didn't care to round up. When I asked why she curtlyreplied that " they can't get any change from their bank." I knew that they certainly could get some change from the bank andI said so. Her reply was that if I didn't like it I could go somewhere else and that she was tired of talking about this tocustomers. i wasn't able to see any name tag on her but this is probably the rudest and most unprofessional treatment I'veencountered in a long time. I would consider this kind of rudeness and disrespect to a customer to be grounds for immediatetermination. As a side note after I paid for the meal with a card (which I like to avoid) the food was great and the diningarea was fairly clean. I will likely not return to eat at this place. Read more
We really enjoy Arbys but a few days ago we purchased 2 gyro meals and the sandwiches were cold and the curly fries were cold,... hard and ended up throwing them away. We were very disappointed and hope that you work on your service and food prep. Read more
My boyfriend &? I go to Arbys fairly often and the customer service is usually terrible to say the least. Today was completely... different thanks to Katie! Was driving through town and stopped for something quick. Bathrooms were clean. Store was clean. Drink and sauce stations were... stocked and clean. Staff was quick and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. 5 stars, Ionia Arby's. You guys are killin it! Keep upthe good work! Read more
Thought I never would have to leave a review here because I absolutely love this place. People are always so nice and the food... is great but today unfortunately I went through the drive through and the lady whom is the manager was absolutely rude for noreason. My husband has an accent and she was rude to him for no reason at all. Okay so I brushed it off , no big deal,, so whenI asked what they had for kids she snapped again. We just drove off.... Hope your day gets better ma'am but my family will notbe treated like that. Especially when my kids are in the back seat. Read more
UPDATE: This location, and the company in general, have knocked it out of the park with this wagyu burger, I don't think I'll... ever eat a McDonald's or Burger King burger again without thinking of the bold flavor of this, first time ever, Arby's burger!The picture doesn't do justice to the flavor, but who buys a burger just to look at it? I can't even compare this experiencewith my Arby's (Lowell) experience. The food fantastic, the presentation was even great, which is sometimes hard for Arby's foodsince it general wants to slide apart. My sandwich didn't have a single item or of place, it was hot and fresh. I would highlyrecommend this location, especially when compared to others Arby's restaurants. Went tonight after a long day at work to get food for dinner. The girl didn?t take my order correctly and when I told her it... should be more bc I ordered the meal and not just the sandwich, she proceeded to tell me she didn?t know that, and that sheasked if I wanted the meal or just the sandwich. She didn?t ask me and when I told her she disintegrated, she said yes I did,closed the window and walked away. Never got the option to even pay for the food. Why are your employees so rude and nasty? Thisisn?t the first time I?ve had an issue at this location, and I?m don?t giving you opportunities to provide good service. It?ssad when you can?t even get mediocre service. Read more
