We chose to order our meal on the computer monitor in front, it was simple. You then take a number and go sit down, when things... are ready they bring your food to you. The fries were a little cold but warm enough to eat, the burger i had was good. All inall a typical visit and what i expect from McDonald's. Just like everyplace these days with inflation things are getting moreexpensive, not their fault it is just life. This is one reason why i think the burgers themselves have drastically shrunken. Iwonder if the 1/4 pound burger now includes everything including the beverage to equal the proper weight? Read more
I placed my order in the drive thru for a nugget happy meal at 6:06. Was asked to park as they were "working on my food." Soon... there were 6 vehicles waiting. Everyone else received their food. I went inside at the 30 minute mark and told the employeemaking orders for the front I'd been waiting 30 minutes. She had to ask what my order was as they'd obviously cleared italready. There was no wait for anything, they had just cleared my order before completing it. "Sorry about your wait."Absolutely ridiculous. The service is horrible at this location 99% of the time. We only go because happy meals are one of thefew foods my 4 year old son will eat after his battle with cancer. Read more
Absolutely the worst service ever!. Ordered online waited 20 minutes in lobby with out a single person acknowledging us while... one girl stood at the counter talking to her friends. They served people who ordered after us. When we asked for our drink andsaid we have been waiting long we got a attitude and she didn't even go back and work on no one else was in the lobby either. Went inside the store today at around 8:00 pm. At first glance the lobby hadn?t been cleaned very recently as there was still... food on the tables and floors. I was there with two of my friends and both ordered food as well. We had to wait around 10-15minutes only to get three Mcchickens and a 4 piece nugget. In that 10-15 minute wait we observed a few different things. Weobserved that there was not very efficient communication between not only crew but the manager as well. The manager was moreinterested in finding bucket hats then assessing the problems on her floor. She ignored a few customers on front counter andcontinued to just stand there afterwords. When we finally got our food the sandwiches were terribly wrapped with the sandwichesbasically falling out of the wrapper. My friend as well as myself are both managers at a different location so we were morepicky then an average customer may be. Would like to see some improvement at our next visit. Read more
I just 10 minutes ago went through the drive through. I ordered a #7, two cheeseburgers with a medium fry and a small iced... coffee. Receipt shown. When I got home I had one cheeseburger (should have been two), which had pickles on it (I asked for none)and no extra cheese (I paid for two burgers to have extra). Pretty disappointing. Went through the drive through then had to park and wait for our food. The person who brought our bag out handed it to me and... ran away. Upon checking the bag we found it was missing my daughter's happy meal. Due to the dinning room being closed I had togo back around to the drive through, which was now busy. After reporting the issue to the person on the speaker then to theperson at the pay window the person at the food window still tried to hand me someone else's order. When we finally got theHappy meal and the window was slammed on us we opened it to make sure the 2nd fry was in there like was ordered and sure enough,like every other time we have been to this location the second fry was missing so I sat at the window waiting for that. Once wethought we had all of our food we started home. After getting half way home my wife opened a Big Mac from the bag and found itwas missing the top patty. Between the top and middle buns was just lettuce, pickle and sauce! It's hard to eat at a placewhere you feel the need to inspect all of your food before leaving the pick up window. Read more
Nice and Easy mcdonalds service is fast. The people in line with you are normally patient as well. Not always but its always hot... food and little to no mess ups. Read more
