I could choose zero stars I would. I wanted the sub of day (turkey) and they were all out of it. Which meant the next 3... sandwiches I couldn't order. Then I decided to try the new garlic cheesy bread and after she put the spread on the sandwich shethen decided to tell me "Oh you need to choose one of the subs in the pic otherwise I have to charge more for the sandwich." Ifit wasn't bad enough I couldn't get four of my first choices of sandwiches I now had to choose one of two sandwiches if I didn'twant to pay extra. As the line was getting longer she said her co-worker was waiting on the truck. Finally after about 10minutes of waiting 2 co-workers walked out of the back. Then I wanted iced tea to drink but they was none. They claimed theydidn't have time to make any. Which it takes all of 5 mins to make bc I have previously worked at a Subway. Needless to say Iwas very irritated and I didn't mind letting my spouse know as ppl were waiting in line how irritated I was. About 5 customerswalked out after listening to me complain. I've been in this store several times in the last few months and am always impressed with the cleanliness throughout and... professional staff. The total time spent there to receive my order is minimal, even during peak lunch hours with severalcustomers ahead of me. I had the distinct pleasure of being served by the manager recently who was very accommodating to thespecial requests I made and had a warm smile and demeanor. Read more
My mother and I went there Monday afternoon around 2pm to get the sub of the day which was the sweet onion chicken teriyaki. The... employee said we couldn't have it because they didnt have they didn't have anything prepped. We asked if we could substitute themeat for the same price. The employee said yes. So as we began having the first sub made another guy comes along I'm assuming itwas the manager told us we can't have the sandwich because they didn't have the meat prepped even though the other employee saidyes. The manager then told him he has to skip us and to help the other 3 customers behind us before he can finish helping us.Instead of the manager helping the employee, he was just standing behind the register doing absolutely nothing. When I came into this store there was a gentlemen , I guess he was the owner, he made me and my family feel very welcomed. He... treated us with the utmost respect and courtesy. He made us feel very welcomed and even sat us at a table and treated usamazing. The food was amazing and the store looked awesome. I came in on 11-06-2016 and ordered our subs, the man making our subs was fantastic! He made recommendations and fully... cooperated with all of our little requests with a smile. I then asked for a coffee refill because I just wanted the coffee notthe cup but since he didn't know where that button was on the register he asked the managers help, she then hit a couple buttonsand said there you go, but when i looked at how much I was being charged it said 1.60!! For a refill??!! I then looked at theman, Cherokee, and said just take that off of there please which he very politely did. Store was Dirty, chips on the floor, andI kept getting black specks in my sprite I have no clue what that was. Anyways, I would not recommend this subway but I wouldrecommend the man going to a different subway so we can go there. Read more
2 weeks ago I visited the Walmart Subway. There were 2 young female employees working around 2pm. One was leaning over the... counter talking to a boy, the other in back room. After I received my meal I could not find a clean table. I was the onlycustomer in at the time. I asked the employee if I could have a napkin so I could wipe my table which she gladly handed me.After I wiped all the food on the table to the the opposite side I noticed one of the female employees eating ham out of thedisplay. Owner is rude. They're very stingy with the ingredients. Don't allow extra ingredients. Employees are rude. Bad ever since this... new owner. I would give zero stars if I could. Paid for a large cup, was given a medium. She even said it was I large. I'm NEVERgoing back unless they get new ownership. Read more
