One of my favorite quick stops to eat and the smoothies are always amazing!
Customer service is bad. Very unprofessional! Very slow service because they play in the back as well. Anything I get from there... is always made sloppy. My money won?t be spent there again. Also I am new to town and I have been urged not to go there bycoworkers. Read more
Ordered two wraps and after waiting a bit someone comes out and says they don't have any rice prepped so we can wait 10 min or... order something else. We decided to wait. They go back to make them and after a bit someone comes back out and says they don'thave any maple sweet potatoes prepped so again, we can wait more or get a different side. We decided to just get chips. Thefood was terrible. Besides the taste they had MASSIVE chunks of onion that were so big you couldn't even eat the pieces in onebite even if you did want to eat them. I've been to this location about a handful of times and then quit going. The service was poor, management was unprofessional as... in yelling at their employees or standing around talking when it was obvious the employees were struggling to keep up. 1 managerhad short spandex shorts on and I would compare them to volleyball shorts that girls wear. By the time you walk in the door tothe time you leave, even if you are not sitting down, you can almost expect to be there 30 mins. I've been to numerous TropicalSmoothies, to include ones in different states, and this has been the worst one yet. The food quality was horrible, even aftertrying and trying again to give them the benefit of the doubt. I also notice behind the counter multiple cross contaminationincidents. This could really hurt someone with food allergies. I would love to see Tropical Smoothie stay in Ionia but undernew ownership/management or else nothing will change. Read more
Wait times are usually long. And I found out today my favorite smoothie has more sugar in it then mountain dew. ???? The foods... pretty good, but if you think the smoothies are healthy you might wanna look it up first. ????????
