Whoever made these bacon pub fries deserves a raise and to always find matching socks and parking spots close to the door.
Well, we WANTED to dine in for dinner but once again they closed way before their posted hours!!! This happens ALL the time at... this Wendy?s location and no signs posted that they closed early due to ??? They are employees in the restaurant but will notcome to the drive-in window nor will they unlock the doors to dine in. WHAT IS GOING ON??? I have gone to Wendy's in Ionia, mi. twice I should say attempted to go there in the last two weeks. Each time at 7pm for them... to tell me they are doing a shift change when going to the drive through and their not taking orders. Also the doors to lobbyalso locked by 7pm yet they close at be 8pm. Don't know who owns this franchise that is not a good way to make money by payingthe manager and workers for doing nothing at minimum $16 hr. I would give no stars but that is the only way you can givereviews. Read more
I'd like to rate this a 5 star. However, today's visit sucked.. When all of the employees are raising hell and swearing. ... The professionalism seems to go out the window. Especially when it's my younger kids and myself that have to listen tothis. The professionalism of today's visit has made me think twice about coming here again, and if it continues, I'll be morethan happy to give more bad reviews where it counts... Terrible guys... This was a horrible experience, waited 30 minutes in drive through with 2 cars ahead. Got to the widow, 6 kids playing around in... kitchen. Eventually was handed 3 bags of food, none of which were our order. Meanwhile young lady ay register making insultingremarks, poor Read more
This place has gone seriously downhill. Constantly out of food. Several times I have arrived in drive thru to never have my... order taken. Very poor customer service. I would avoid Ionia Wendy's. If you have a craving for Wendy's, make the drive toPortland!! Read more
My wife and I were just at the Wendy's in Ionia, MI. Online it states that the lobby was open from 11am - 8pm. We waited until... 11:03 am. We walked up to the door and the lobby was locked. The sign on the door states that the lobby is open at 9 am. Therewere 2 employees standing outside of the other side of the building smoking. Oh-for for getting my order correct, literally every time I come here (which I won't be anymore). You guys messed up my order... twice on the same receipt tonight after I went thru the drive, twice, the second time to get it corrected.
