Pulled up to the intercom to place my order. I initiated that I had two coupons; not instead of having great customer... support/service/care I was being rushed for what I wanted to drink as if I didn't not have any specific instructions on how Ineeded the food to feed my family ocorrdinarily. She or he continued to imply * the thing that slides down your throat, what youwant to drink*. Non the less had two other orders... Overall this one personal (Chris) if was giving the correct name; her/hisprofessionalism was not at all of satisfactory nor up to par and made this establishment look like it's a redundant fast foodservice in this area or anywhere!!! I stand behind this, your stop here would be very redundant at this location!!! On a scaleof one to ten. With one being unsatisfactory; one would be my overall from this one bad apple. Read more

Supposed to open at 6am. Sign says drive thru 6am, dining room 6am, google says 6am. 6:35 doors locked. Somebody standing at the... counter ignoring people at the door. Tried calling wouldn't answer the phone. Do us a favor and put this location completely outof business. Shut it down since you don't want to open anyways. Read more
Extremely disappointed everytime I decide to come to this location. Tonight I went to try the "impossible whopper" and in the... drive thru i got greater with "welcome to burger King, before you order we are out of #4,#6,and Whopper melts". I asked if theyhad any of the impossible burgers (#3) and she replied "oh we are out of those too". This is a very common issue at thislocation wether they are out of soft drinks, main courses, or side items you can not get your full meal in stock at any giventrip. Read more
Don?t waste your money here. I walked in and the girl working there didn?t even realize I was there, she was too busy on her... phone. I had to ask if they were open a couple of times. She finally came towards me with a royal attitude. Come to realizeshe?s the manager, which makes it worse. I got my food and it was dry and cold. That food had probably been sitting in there forhours. I threw it all away. I?m glad that I went to Carl?s, at least the food was warm and you don?t get an attitude there. Read more
**7/2/18**Don't go here.Walked in lobby, ordered and waited for 20 minutes. When I heard numbers higher than mine, I asked if... they still had my order. She never answered me just turned her back. I stood another ten minutes then told them politely that ifthey didnt have my food, just give me my money back. She said they had it,they were almost done. They finally gave it to me butwith no apologies or even a thank you, even after waiting 30 minutes for a burger and cold fries. Hey Burger King, are youreading these reviews?! Bathroom looked like a bomb went off.** 9/12/18** decided to give location one more chance just to seeif they took their complaints to heart. Mistake. Employees hanging out outside(on break?). Maybe they should pick up the BKtrash all over the parking lot and sidewalk while they're out there. Bathroom still disgusting so I walked out.
