I pulled up to sonic on 11/16/2022, placed an order, and I had cash and credit card for payment ( company in from outta town)and... was told by manager ?Skylar ?, that their computer system did not allow for that? I was so embarrassed for the crew , I?ve beenin food and beverage for 30 yrs , and now on disability, only to have a manager tell me that she ( management) could not splitthis ticket for 16.00 . Training and closer evaluation of employees abilities must be determined before releasing the employeesto the restaurant floor . The general public does not need to have cash thrown back in their face and window slammed shut andtold us to leave, refusing to take my order. Please make necessary arrangements to resolve this problem. How much money is lostacross the board and trying times for this economy, these bumps in the road must be fixed. No answers at the kiosks and long line at the drive thru. We gave up and called said they only had 3 people working. Last time I... went in I had ordered a shake. The girl came out with it and said it was free. I was confused until I got home and the personwho wanted it said it wasnt what they wanted. The girl who took our order was a bit rude.. We ordered 3 combo meals. We were only brought 2 drinks. 1 was not supposed to have... ice but did. All combos were supposed to have tots but 1 had fries. The sauced popcorn chicken had about 1 tsp of BBQ saucethrown in the middle and were hard. Everything was cold and tots were extremely salty. Needless to say we won't be back. Read more
Ordered through the app. When I arrived, I entered the stall # in the app. I haven?t received my order , I pushed the button to... order and they didn?t have my order. Now I?ve been here for a long time and still haven?t got my food. I?m not happy!! Onlyreason for the two stars is because the food is usually okay! Super disappointing dinner tonight. It really baffles me the lack of work ethic people have these days. It took over 25 mins to... receive our order all while the majority of the staff was outside talking around a vehicle. Our food was old and stale and wewere missing items. I had to ask 3 times to receive the missing item and the fries/tots that I had asked to be remade were neverremade instead, they just handed me back the same cold, stale food thinking I would not notice. And to top it off there was anemployee ?throwing the trash? outside next to us that was talking on his phone dropping the ?F? word and other curse wordsaround myself and child. I honestly don't go to sonic often but I have to say that their burgers are my favorite compare to most fast food I have eaten.... Don't get me started on their variety of shakes (tmi: my mom's favorites there). And the most important of all their wait timeis not high at all which gets A+++ from me. Read more

If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. I ordered 2 items on their app, waited over 20 minutes for them to finally walk out to... tell me they didn't even have the items ordered. Then we're shocked that I wanted my money back, which didn't happen. Findbetter management because these are terrible at their jobs! Read more
