Mid afternoon, Waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes, manager made eye contact a couple times but no one came out. Three... chicken strip meals with blizzards, fries and drinks. Got to enjoy entertainment today of a fight between employee and customer, and in my opinion they were both wrong. The customer... wanted her order and go, but it was taking awhile so I understand the frustration. While she waited she nitpicked the service"and managed to get under an employee's skin, and being a teen/young adult they mumbled something under their breath which turnedinto a shouting match. She should have gone into the back and let the manager deal with it but of course she didn't until themanger ordered her to. The customer was irritate, and manager showed up, the tall blond dude did the right thing and rushed tofinish her order as quick as possible, I didn't like how the customer tried to call up the rest of the people in the store toget involved in her drama. My own kids worked at this horrible location. They were told they would be fired if they didn?t fully stock supplies each night... or tried to close early. I was picking them up after 11pm. They were always short staffed and treated with no respect. I wentinto the store a few weeks ago to pick up my kid and the manager said ?Aww you didn?t come to see me?? Who says that to anyone,he had no idea who I was and that made me very uncomfortable. Very unprofessional. Went to stop tonight around 9pm to get mykids last check because he quit and the doors were locked and the store was closed. Ordered a peanut buster parfait while my husband ordered a blizzard. He got his blizzard close to 10 minutes later. I had to... ask if I was getting my order because they started telling people they were out of ice cream. I finally got it 20 minuteslater. I asked to take the one thing in big freezer since it was the same price and they wouldn?t allow it. Definitely notworth getting off the interstate for. Read more
Went to the nearest Dairy Queen Grill and Chill. Ordered chicken strip basket with cheese curds and my boyfriend ordered a... cheeseburger with fries. We also ordered two blizzards. Employee didn?t know how to work the register as she was new, noproblem. Got our blizzards within 10 minutes. We watched as another couple ordered, got their food and finished eating allbefore we got our food. Finally went up to the counter and employee didn?t know there was food sitting up there nor who orderedit (we were one of two groups in the restaurant). We had finished our blizzards and waited more than 30 minutes before finallygetting our food, which was all cold. Not worth the wait to remake it. My buddy ordered a couple blizzards. Not sure what flavor they were supposed to be, but I enjoyed the soft serve cause there... wasn't much of an other choice in the cup. Fast forward to today... I figured I'd give their food a try. So, I got a burger andthe strip basket. I now know they are kind of all things frozen. I've really tried but I can't get through the 4th grisselstrip. I powered through the small burger by dunking it in the queso dip. I thought the grease in the fries tasted like fish..thats not on the menu.. hotdogs are though.. hotdogs flavored fries are not as appealing as they sound.. Today I brought my 4 year old son in for ice cream. The staff continued to cuss and say very vulgar words over race very loudly... behind the counter while we were inside eating. I don?t care who you are outside of work? but when you speak that way in frontof children it is just wrong. Please be more aware of who is in the dining room. Read more
