I ordered a cold brew online (prepaid) to pick up between my classes. I get there and I'm told they're out of cold brew and they... offer to make me a different drink. I say no, since I'll be late to class. I later call them repeatedly to ask for a refund withno answer. I go in to get a refund and I have to explain three times to the cashier that I DONT want a new drink, I want arefund. She gets all of my information and then says that she can't do it without her manager and to come back tomorrow. Veryfrustrating. Read more
Incompetent workers. In a week time frame I had one guy not give me my change of $12 and I had someone mess my order up which... caused me to have an allergic reaction. I asked for a turkey croissant sandwich and was given sausage. I will never come hereagain!!!!! Read more

This Dunkin is attached to an Iowa Hawkeyes apparel store. The line area is very small but they had great service. It seems to... be a new building but I liked it a lot. I would recommend getting the iced vanilla latte as it isn?t too sweet. I find dunkin?scoffee drinks aside from lattes too sweet. Read more
This Dunkin is really a fun little novelty downtown, the outside has a really fun eccentric midcentury vibe which juxtaposes the... really nice modern interior. They are a really small location but manage to work through everyone pretty quick with decentquality. Read more
