I went through the self checkout for the first time at that location and after swiping my Fuel Saver Card which I was supposed... to get five or six cents off the gas pump price it rang up zero. I even had a young man help me run my fuel saver card.Obviously that was a waste of my time. I won't go back to that store. Read more
A large Hy-Vee with a florist and a liquor store. Patronage is mixed race, mostly black and white, working class and mostly... young late 20s - 30s with kids. Employees are fine, bad for a Hy-Vee, but average for a grocery store. Expect average customerservice. Good prices, as you would expect from a Hy-Vee. Large parking lot. Read more
I am actually shocked that this hyvee has such a high rating. It's prices are higher than the others in town. Their selections... are very limited, and they're unwilling to order products in even if you offer to buy your entire case. The Orange guard hasmade me not even check there at all because I feel completely unsafe. Most of their bakery items are not good. The donuts prettygood, the French and Italian bread is good, your angel cake is also good. Their cakes are done of the worst I've ever had.They're muffins, brownies, and cookies are ok. You are better off making your own or heading to the coop for baked goods. Theirvegetarian and vegan selections are really lacking. Read more
Went there during my lunch hour today and waited 25 min for a burger and fries. Sat down at a table that had a sign that said it... had been sanitized. There were enough crumbs on the table that said it was not sanitized. The women's restroom was disgusting.I asked to speak to a manager. The manager's customer service skills were so lousy that I can promise you I will NEVER go inthat store again. Read more
Blond young woman working customer service very rude. She wouldn't even sell me a few dollars of quarters and was not helpful.... Her name started with an M. Poor customer service, she would be better off working in the back. She was so rude I didn't evenget my groceries. I went to a different chain, got quarters, and good customer service. Read more
We used Hyvee on Waterfront for our florals at our backyard tent wedding. NICOLE IS AMAZING. She brought our green and white... minimalist vision to life. We cannot thank her enough for her flexibility, as our venue changed at the height of the pandemic.THANK YOU for your artistry! Read more
