Favorite cookie place EVER 10/10! I got the rest of my friends and family addicted aswell
Hours posted online and on the front door state open until 3am. Went at midnight and workers had locked the door, turned the... lights off and were cleaning up. Looked at us like we were dumb for trying to come in despite the open sign being on. You?dthing ?Insomnia? inherently means open late. Also, what kind of business doesn?t take cash? I?d prefer to pay for my mediocrecookies with cash instead of having to relive it when paying off my credit card later. Read more
Sad to see another business that could do gluten free the correct way however takes the easy way out. While ingredients may be... safe their preparation methods aren?t safe. At least they give a warning. Read more
I forgot a 24 cookie pickup order I had placed over a week in advance. Even though this was my fault, I Did not get a text,... call, email, or reminder in any form from the store. Called 1.5 hours after my scheduled pick up time I missed and they haddisposed of the order without even contacting me to see if I was planning on coming. I had to call corporate to get a refund. For the cost they charge for the cookies, I would have expected a little better customer service from the Iowa City store. Read more
Really good mini chocolate chunk cookies! Sugar cookie wasn't too sweet. Both were warm. Just saying the chocolate chunk cookies... are fantastic and the way cookies should be with slight crispy edges and gooey in middle. I prefer my sugar cookies though.... Read more
Whoever was working at 10:00pm tonight (November 3rd, 2021) needs to be fired immediately. I walked in and ordered 6 VEGAN... cookies because the person I was ordering for has severe, life-threatening allergies to eggs and dairy. The employee looked atme blankly and I wanted to make doubly sure so I repeated that I needed vegan cookies once again and they boxed up my order andhanded them to me. Get home, the person I got them for takes one bite and almost immediately starts reacting. Absolutelyunacceptable and I will be following up if I don?t get a timely response. Either hire a new employee or don?t sell allergen freecookies and fail to distribute them properly. We?ve had them before from the same location and never had an issue so I know it?stheir fault and not an oversight on our part. Do better. Read more
