I had the pulled pork sandwich with two sides (cornbread and Mac n cheese). The pulled pork sandwich did not disappoint. There... was no cartilage or an excessive amount of fat in my sandwich so it was easy to chew. There were many sauces to choose from toadd some more flavor to the sandwich. However, when it came to the Mac n cheese, the flavor and texture was lacking. Read more

The ribs were very exceptional. I apreciate all the diversity in sauces as well. Also very good compliments to the bathrooms... being very clean. I do think the disposal of the trays should have larger holes to put the trash through to avoid getting a messin the patrons however that did not effect my experience. Read more

Really good brisket. My only complaint is that the bread used for the sandwich was very dry that day. Our friend who we went... with assured us that it isn't always like that though so hopefully next will be better. The Mac and cheese is my favorite.Reminds me of my late grandma's recipe Read more

Sauces were decent on their own. Had fatty brisket sandwich. Bun was a little dry, brisket didn't taste smoked, more of a... strong charcoal grill taste than smoked bbq. Seemed overpriced for what we got. I will get my bbq elsewhere. Read more

You walk in and order at the counter. Waitress was very nice. I had questions about gluten free and she gave a gf options menu.... Food came out as ordered and quickly. The beef brisket sandwich , and coleslaw were good (gf bun was an awesome surprise). Iloved the self serve bbq sauce counter, and drinks are self serve. Everything was clean and very kid friendly atmosphere . Thankyou :) Read more

My review is only based on one visit to pick up a Cuban sandwich. I went to Jimmy Jack's Rib Shack to try their Cuban sandwich.... The service was great and so was the price. I had two sides, baked beans and French fried potatoes (both very good). Thesandwich is described as "Piled high with pulled pork, ham, swiss cheese, pickles, cuban (sic) sauce, and piedmont style mustardon ciabatta. Their photo doesn't look what I received. It was tasty. This is not a genuine Cuban sandwich. It's served with thewrong bread, and it was not pressed. It didn't have roasted pork, but pulled pork. The ham was not Serrano ham and it wasordinary. The sandwich came with a runny mustard on the side, which may have been their "Cuban sauce." It will be taken off themenu at the end of the month, and not a moment too soon. Thoma's Cuban sandwich is immensely better. The sandwich will return inthe future, as per staff. I will not buy it again. Great service! Great baked beans! Great fries! Read more

This place is in my top 5 for best brisket, highly recommend the fatty brisket sandwich! I normally like brisket plain (no... bread, sauces, etc) so I can actually taste the meat, but this sandwich was really good. The brisket was just fatty enough to bemoist and flavorful without being all fat. I arrived in the afternoon when it was fairly slow, and my food came out veryquickly. Both employees I encountered were friendly and helpful. As with most bbq restaurants, it's not exactly cheap. $9 forjust a sandwich is pricy, but you do get quite a bit of meat. Definitely stop by if you're in the area! Read more
