Very unfriendly service. Met at door with a very sarcastic woman stating "just so you know, we're out of french bread, only have... white and wheat" not even sure what that means since I thought french bread was white bread. No friendly greeting, just a yellacross a crowded room. Don't know why it was crowded, since they are supposed to be "freeky fast". We felt so uncomfortable weleft, never to return again. Read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. Everything sold out. The girl working during the lunch hour on... 10-29-22 yelled at us from across the room that they had no bread . When we asked her to repeat because we didn't expect to hearthat, she became more irritated and yelled again. Horrible and so rude. Turned around and left. Read more

Jimmy John's is very tasty and has "freaky-fast" delivery. Love the Beach Club and the Chocolate Chip cookies are delicious. I... like that you can customize sandwiches when ordering online. JJ app is easy to use. Read more

Out of the last 4 times I have been there they were out of bread twice. Yes, bread. They had bread they just didn?t bake it..... People enjoy the bread, then want the bread. Bread is a very substantial part to a tasty sandwich, it?s literally the floor androof of the sandwich. Without the bread you have a meat and cheese pile that won?t stay together. Can you imagine trying to keepthe condiments on top of the meat and cheese pile with nothing but Mayo as the glue and protector. All the toppings exposed tothe elements. If you only have a set amount of bread I suggest adding a ?Loaf Counter? to your sites letting us customers knowwhat to expect when craving a tasty sandwich. That way we won?t get our hopes crushed by thinking we are getting bread at asandwich shop. Really though it?s a bummer to drive there and wait in line to order. Then have the employees look at you like acrazy person when you want a #11 on bread. Maybe have a vacancy sign and turn it on and off as the loaves become available? Read more

The food is good, their microphone being out going on months and months is not cool, especially when recently drive through is... essential. ***they have fixed the microphone, all good now with that! 8.1.21. *** They are fairly fast though, and orders arefilled *mostly* accurately, so both placing orders and waiting for them at the window isn't too bad--though for larger ordersit does help to have the menu in front of me so I don't miss something. Id also prefer they are working on my sandwich before Iwait in line to get to the window. I wish their owner weren't so personally outlandish, but apparently it's an affliction withsome of the larger single owner businesses. Read more

Last week I wanted to grab a quick bite before my shift at work. I waited about 10-15 minutes for my sandwich, which wasn't... ideal, but I had still had time to eat. Today I decided to get another sandwich because again it's close to my work and I onlyhad 40 minutes until I had to be there. I waited in line over 25 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. 15 minutes before myshift started I finally got to the window and no one came to help me! I waited at the window for 2 minutes, with my money outready to go. No one came, at that point I had to leave. I was 5 minutes from work, but I wouldn't have had time go eat my foodbefore I had to go in. How frustrating. The first time I thought it was a fluke. I know now never to go to this location. I haveno idea how you can let customers wait 25 minutes for a sandwich. I know everyone in line was getting frustrated. I'm sure youlost a lot of customers today. Read more

Always fast. Great sandwiches. Can't cut a pickle into equal quarters to save their lives, but that's on part with all the... other locations. Read more
