Went there for lunch. There was a large spillage on the floor by the table. My husband almost slipped and fell. We told... management about it. I had to wait 20 minutes for my mobile app order; while the drive thru line was served ahead of me. Finally, I went inside and... asked for my order, only to find out they didn't have my drinks ready. No one came out to the car and explained why it wastaking so long. Along with the fact they didn't have any of the drinks with the order prepped. Told the counter person to forgetthe drinks and walked to the doors. As I approached the door, I yelled back to the counter, "I'm never coming back here again!"Boycott this McDonald's! This is easily the worst McDonald's in the Iowa City area including Coralville. If you want rude employees incompetent employees... this is the store you go to. Never have I experienced the rudeness that I have experienced at this location. The general manageror whoever didn't train these people must be super proud of their accomplishments. Every time I have ever gone here my food has been messed up. They never give me all the food I ask for, the burn almost... everything, or they just blaintly give you the wrong order. I?ve worked in fast food plenty of times but I have neverexperienced a place this bad. Read more

The night shift is very unproffesional. While I was there food was sent from the kitchen to the front. The food ended up on the... floor.
