This place is disgusting. The urinal in the mens room was flooding the bathroom and into the dinning area. The dinning room is... filthy. There are flies everywhere and dead flies stuck in light fixtures. The dinning areas floors have dead flies lying onthem, and and all the garbage cans are over full. Read more
I understand the servers and manager can have a bad day. They were not the more friendly people, but ok, you get your food and... that's it. A few minor problems, not the best experience. The worst part is when I had a refill for my wife. Nasty ice machinewith black spots in the plastic part. Every time I see black spots in a place with humidity I think in mold. She had diet cokeand she said it tasted like Dr. Pepper, I said don't drink it, it smells weird and this place needs a deep clean. We share thefood and I am ok, she is not. I am so upset with the lack of cleaning in that place, with serious infection risk from fungus orsalmonella. We are at the hospital and we just wanted something to eat from McDonald's. I don't care if the staff had anattitude if they are diligent on their job. But that place is not clean. Read more
Went to mcdonald?s for some late night snacks at 12:30. Some guy held the door for us so we didn?t see the sign saying the... dining room was closed. Walked in waiting for service and some older lady who seemed like the manager yelled at us ?dining roomis closed y?all are college students you should be able to read?. Ruined my evening, not appreciated. And since we are collegestudents we don?t have a car to go to the drive thru. Will not be coming back. Read more
Ordered on the app received a order code went to the cashier and the order was charged to my card. The app said there was a... problem on your end, yet wen I spoke to a "manager" I was told " we don't control the app" then walked away. So now I'm out $8+and God forbid y'all refund the money y'all take in the same amount of time. Horrible customer service by your "manager" doesanyone here actually take pride in their job? If I receive a order code and get charged for my food I DEMAND I get the food Iordered or my money back in the same amount of time the money was taken from my account. Read more
