Came to Iowa City for a college tour and ended up at Micky?s based on a recommendation. The pretzel bites were really good, the... jambalaya (pictured) was excellent and the tortilla soup was good too! Dined here on a Friday night and the place was reallyloud, like you have to yell kind of loud. I?d come back here in a minute for the jambalaya. Yum! Read more

Food was Great! We went during a lunch rush so my only complaint was it was hard to get the waiters attention as he was... preoccupied with other tables. I like the option of indoor AND outdoor seating and food portions were good sized! Read more

Behind the leprechaun door and up two small steps, we stumbled upon Micky's Irish Pub. Great service and excellent food. I... enjoyed an Irish Margerita, which is an extra sour whiskey sour, highly recommend. The Guinness BBQ Chicken sandwich wasdelicious, I ordered mine on a pretzel roll. Read more

Fantastic food, great service, classic Irish Pub atmosphere. My daughter says it's the best French Onion Soup in Iowa City; the... Rueben is to die for, just perfect. Looking forward to returning! Read more

Ordered the Blackened Salmon Wrap with sweet potato fries and chicken tenders - both were really good and worth the wait!

Day 1 in Iowa city, was hungry and decided to visit Mickey's. Around 1 PM and it was rush hour as there was only one table left.... Having said that the service was on the spot. Waited for maximum of 10 minute before my order was taken by Pea and she wasextremely curteous, provided all the answers to the questions asked and ensured to check once in a while. Amazing customerservice given by Pea. Abput the taste, had ordered chicken Philly with salads as side and it was delicious, mouth watering andtummy filling. Will visit again for sure. Read more

Great atmosphere and seating. Prices are worth it for the high quality food! I had the Steve Winwood, requested toasted, and... substituted fries for the Chicken Tortilla Soup (adds $2). I highly recommend this combo! You will not leave hungry, but rathersatisfied! Read more

Delicious!! We got the pretzel burger, pastrami sandwich, and chicken fingers. The pretzel was very fresh and the burger was... very high quality! The pastrami sandwich was a second choice as they were out of corned beef for a Reuben, but it was stillvery good! We will have to come back to try the Reuben! Read more
