Absolute trash management. The female manager was TWO hours behind on to go orders. Instead of doing her job she argued with... customers to the point of throwing the receipts on the ground and demanding that we come cook the food ourselves. I've neverseen such poor management at a chain restaurant. Very surprising for such a busy location. Read more
Placed an order through the app, and the driver (contracted through doordash) ended up waiting at the restaurant for 45 minutes... and was told it would be at least another hour. Driver bailed (don?t blame him), and there?s apparently no way to cancel theorder. Pancheros really needs to figure out how to improve this location; all of the others seem fine, but this type of thinghappens over and over at the riverside location. Read more
I'm so worried this restaurant is going on strike or running out of money and going to be permanently closed soon, they have... been closing early for about a month now everytime I see something about them being closed from one friend or another. There areso many videos of the workers arguing swearing and being horrible about how they make the customers food. I was in disbeliefuntil I witnessed it myself, I feel bad for all the customers kids that have had to witness this stuff lately. It always happensbetween 3-8pm that they close or start fights to make people want to leave... Tonight it was 10:45 pm but I couldn't even get myfood cuz the door person said yes and the counter person said NO we are closed I didn't want to get bad service so we just left.Something's up and I'm seeing so many of the same comments about bad vibes or bad service or closed. Food was terrible, worst burrito I ever had. 90% chance your order will be messed up and/or you'll wait a very long time. Have... tried coming back multiple times thinking it will get better. It has not. Very poorly managed. Will not be returning any longer.Looking at other reviews now, this place should probably be reported to the department of health and human services. Read more
Employees were kind of arguing when we ordered food. Food tasted okay. But after I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and saw... this toilet (see photo) I will never eat there again. Also, the guy running the cash register couldn?t make change. The billcame to whatever and $.28, so I gave him a $20 bill and $.30. He gave me the coins back and I had to give him another $20 bill. My burrito had charcoal bits from the grill and tasted really bad. People have said they are very dirty and I believe them.... Never coming back here again for the sake of my health. Going to Estellas or Chipotle if I want a burrito next time. Absolutelydisgusting! Read more
First, I worked at a Pancheros in college. This place is terrible. The assembly line was a mess. Old bits of food everywhere.... Staff actually falling asleep while making my food. I?m guessing the lady barking orders was the manager, she was very insultingto her employees and altogether ineffective. Took forever to get threw the line; I paid for my food and decided I didn?t want torisk eating it, tossed it in the trash on my way out. Read more
I had placed an online order just a few minutes past 8pm and when I went to pick it up the door was locked and they said they... were closed even though there were people still inside being helped. When I explained I had an online order this women behindthe counter started yelling and freaking out to the worker who was gonna open the door. They didn?t even offer me a refund, oreven try to make it right. This is the last time I ever order from this location. Read more
