I gotta tell you I've had my problems here in the past but I've met nothing but courteous customer service tonight even though... the door was locked the guy helped me out and as a driver who works really late nights there are no options available aftermidnight. If I could give negative stars I would. Placed a catering order they drop off small amount of chicken lots of tofu and beans. NO... RICE, SALSA, or CHIPS & Guac that they charged 70 Bucks for. When asked about the other items on order, they said well we areNOT going to deliver but I could pick them up. Avoid this place if at all possible. Read more
The food was great, however the service could have been a lot better. There was an over 5 minute wait while one of the servers... went in the back for some reason, leaving our half-made food to go cold. Hopefully that was a one-off and not an indication oftheir everyday level of customer service. The burritos were yummy though. Read more
My delivery experience was not great I ordered at approximately 11:20 am so I would have my lunch during my lunch break -- I'm a... teacher, so this is valuable time for me. The app said I would have my food around 11:55 which is fine. 11:55 rolls around andthe app says it's delivered, but my food has not shown up. I don't get a call, either. 5 more minutes pass and I call the storeonly to not get an answer. I'm hungry and frustrated. Finally, at 12:15, my food is delivered, still without a call. The chipsand salsa I paid for are missing, and my bowl is missing the sour cream and salsa. I'm incredibly disappointed with the entireordeal. Read more
This would be a HUGE zero by me. I ordered a salad, with beans, pico and sour cream. This is what I got. 15 or more of us... ordered from work, first they didn't deliver it, then said oops we had 2 people with that first name. Then it was didnt youcancel it? Then finally then sent a mish mash of stuff, nothing labeled, can't tell by looking whats what. Less than halfportions, I dont need a lot of food but these bowls weren't even half full! The 2 burritos. One had all the rice and beans, theother all the veggies, NOT the way they were ordered!. Needless to say we'll not be ordering from here again! Read more
I have never been to a Pancheros before. Wow, what an experience. Lived up to the hype. I am not really a fan of chipotle, but I... am definitely a fan of this. The handmade tortillas are so good. Burrito was delicious and service was great. I cannot wait togo back! Read more
As a Minnesotan, I hate the Hawkeyes but at least this campus has a Pancheros. I almost prefer it over Chipotle due to the fact... this restaurant makes their own tortillas and mixes the burritos for you. My food was so yummy in my tummy. I hope I can find aPancheros outside of Iowa however because this state sucks Read more
The worst service I have ever received in my life. Ordered two chicken quesadillas, got one. Was snapped at my multiple workers... when asking for apparently every side they were out of. Didn?t realize they were out of everything, wasn?t worth the line or thedisrespect. Read more
