I have personally just used the drive thru. The staff has been great. They sometimes have to catch up on certain things when... demand is high. We did have to sit nearly 25 minutes to wait for food this past visit which was not the most ideal situation butit happens. My son was sad they didn't include the fortune cookies after the wait so hopefully we get them next time. Read more
This location needs to revamp how they handle delivery orders. There are many staff standing around ignoring the drivers who are... at the register to pick up an order. I shouldn't have to stand there for 10 minutes while many employees see me then ignore me.Today after 5 minutes I finally flagged down a lady who was walking by me and asked if she could get my order off the shelf andinstead she yelled over to another girl who was further away (she was literally standing next to the shelf herself, why shecouldn't grab it is beyond me) to get my order. Either put the delivery orders on a shelf that is accessible for drivers tograb or be better about acknowledging your customers who come in and stand by the register, who are most likely needing to grabtheir delivery order. We don't deserve poor ratings for cold food because you want to ignore the delivery drivers. Read more
We sat there for 15 minutes waiting because they said, "they were just finishing up cooking one of the thing that we ordered."... Then they guy who came out to us, to give us out food wasnt even sure if he was giving us the right thing and didn't know whatwas on the order so we could tell him if it was ours or not. Read more
Always go through the drive through here and have good service. However, sometimes sauces and or extras aren't offered or don't... get in the bag. Also, I eat here frequently and it does get annoying to be asked to make a donation every single time. *** Editto add: My last several experiences here have been less than satisfactory. From not having a sauce (teriyaki sauce for teriyakichicken) to an employee telling me they were out of salt and that soy sauce is the same thing. Just today, I was given a spoonas my only utensil... to eat teriyaki chicken. Also, specifically asked for teriyaki sauce... got no sauce. Had to wait 20minutes on my lunch break for my food. My plate wasn't as full as normal.. my extra side of white rice was 80% full and so was my 3 other sides. I called to tell... manager.. the guy answered said there's no manager or supervisor on duty.. and he didn't care. When I go back I'm taking myreceipts with me. I repeatedly give this place opportunities for redemption but everytime that I visit, I just can't comprehend how they never... operate smoothly. They must love the honor of being the worst Panda location anyone has ever been in. It's called "fast-casual"for a reason but they always miss the mark here. They have terrible customer service, they are always getting the order wrong,and they can't cope with the pressure of a small rush and become dysfunctional. I literally repeated "That's not right" and gotignored. Taste of China has better food and service for anyone that is interested in something much better. Read more
