Ordered a pizza at 11:07 with an estimated delivery time of 11:35. Waited until 12 to call in and ask what the status was and... they advised "oh we probably voided it because no one was at the store". Between these guys not doing delivery during the dayand voiding an order without a text/email/phone call back letting me know it's been canceled I wouldn't even waste your timewith this establishment. I ordered a pizza about 20- 25 minutes before closing and I never got my pizza, I know it was late but when I tried calling... about my pizza they would answer my cal them hung up immediately, they did this multiple times that night, I would've been finewith them just telling me they're closed but totally ignoring my order and hanging up my call in my face was rude and not how tohandle a costumer. Pizza was 45 minutes late and cold. If I would have remembered that PH had dismissed inhouse delivery and partnered with Door... Dash I would have gotten it from a different vendor. I thought because we were approached for corporate events delivery wasreturned in house. This was a test for a corporate event with an epic fail as a result. I am glad I did it and it only impacted6 people and not 1000 people. Read more
