Sorry, wanted to like this as I looked at reviews before eating here! I can't recommend eating here unfortunately. I got the Pho... with Flat steak and brisket and the broth lacked flavor. I had to add soy sauce, salt, and some sauce from the wings. The sideof bean sprouts looked a little old not fresh at all! The wing appetizers were not crisp skin and inside was bloody, so notcooked. I only ate one and we left most of the rest. My husband was disappointed in his fries noodle dish. Service waslackluster, no refills for diet coke or water, and no comp on undercooked chicken wings which the waiter acknowledged he thoughtthey came out too soon! For the money, food and service it's a big skip! I'd give it a 2 but feeling generous. Read more

Pleasant surprise to come across this place on a weekend night with plenty of empty seats. The food quality is better than most... places you can eat in Vietnam, and the dish is meticulously prepared. Tried the grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli this time.I would 100% go back and have that again! The pork chop was so good and so rich in flavor I can never get enough of it. Thewaiters were also super nice and friendly, making this an absolutely delightful dining experience. Well-deserved. Read more

Idk the pho tasted different than what I?m used to from Chicago (argyle), it was still good just not the same. It had a strong... pepper taste. I got the P.6. Pho Tai Bo Vien, however would highly recommend P.13. Bun Bo Hue ? spicy beef noodle soup, it wasdelicious! Read more

Delicious food at very affordable prices. We ordered the brisket Pho and another dish and the portions are very big, enough for... two people each. Tons of flavors and quality ingredients as well. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Read more

Beautiful, delicious, filling food! Great atmosphere, too. We did take-out but their seating is comfortable and spacious. The... photo is of vermicelli noodle with eggroll, pork chop, and shrimp package for takeout. The shrimp & pork chop were perfectlydone and the sauce was so good! Read more

I have missed authentic Vietnamese food ever since I moved here, but am incredibly happy to report that everything on the menu... here feels like it's been pulled right out of Little Saigon in Orange County. As others have mentioned, the service could be alittle more attentive, but everyone working there is gracious and welcoming, and we received our entrees very quickly - littlethings, like offering to-go containers or refilling water, are nothing that can't be improved over time. The egg rolls here arethe best in the city by a mile. Period. My wife, very health-conscious, ordered the stir-fried noodles with chicken not knowingthey were crispy, but they arrived light and airy; the vegetables are well seasoned and cooked perfectly; and the sauce isincredibly delicious without being too thick or heavy. The dish that really sealed my love for this place, though, is the dryvermicelli bowl. It is huge, just like they make it in Westminster. It comes with generous helpings of delicious pork, porkbelly, shrimp, a ton of fresh and pickled vegetables, and tasted almost exactly like the food I grew up eating. I agree withother reviewers that there is a definite increased use of sweet chili sauce compared to fish sauce (the most heavily used saucein Vietnamese cooking), but the entrees here are still delicious. It's hard to put into words exactly what a restaurant likeSaigon's Corner means to me. Yes, the food is great, but for me, it means way more than that. Eating here, for at least a couplehours, made me feel like I was back in California, like I had never left. Cooking is such a huge part of our culture, and outhere in the Midwest, it's almost synonymous. It's the reason I hope this business gets all the traffic and support it deserves.Saigon's Corner feels like home. That's the highest praise I can give. Read more
