The pleasant grill pub atmosphere and a very friendly staff are excellent accents to Short?s burgers. The location is accessible... to the East side of Iowa City, but it will take you a little time to get there from the interstate, or from the other side ofthe city. I recommend the Maynard burger. When I lived in IC, shorts east was my go to for food and beer. I moved to Chicago and hadn?t been able to return since Covid.... That was until Monday. I was able to go! They have amazing burgers, and service is always excellent! I love that this Short?s is so close to neighborhoods, making it a... perfect go to place for food that is always dependable and enjoyable. The burger selection is the same menu as their downtownIowa City location and they are made just as well. Servers are also very attentive and seem to enjoy working here too. Duringthe summer months, they have a small outdoor patio seating section to use. I love the environment of this place, and can?t sayenough how good it is to have it in the area! Read more
