The place is OK, the guy who made my sandwich was really nice but the line was moving at a crawl bc he was the only guy there,... to be fair he was very meticulous about his work and it was the most well-constructed sandwich I have had from Subway, but Iwaited over 30 minutes. Came in here tonight been in here several times today to pick up delivery orders but every single time it takes 3 times the... amount of time that it normally takes to make a sub to get orders to get out of here with ....so it's getting pretty old thatthe staff has no kind of Passion or anything to actually you know make food and get people out of here with it. I've been inhere for 10 minutes while all they have one customer to serve and they don't bother to give me our order There's one driver thatthey keep helping over and over again because they don't have the items for the order so he keeps going out to his car and thencoming back in and going out to his car and coming back in so at what point Are you gonna take delivery seriously because Ifyou're not gonna take it seriously just don't do it it's a waste of everybody's time Read more
The person training/cashier was VERY nasty & unprofessional. She?s was annoyed before she started dealing with me. I was patient... there were 3 ppl training and I waited while a trainee was putting their credentials in the system. She asked me my order, Ipointed to the window to the only special there and also the Philly sandwich. She rang up the wrong thing, I asked about a cup(the special on the window was a combo) and she got upset and said that?s not what she rang up, she now has to void the order. Ireminded her I pointed to the window. With an attitude she said there?s a lot going on, I pointed out she had a bad attitude,that I did point to the window at the special. She was very nasty making a scene, so I said I didn?t want the food to put mymoney back on my card. She said she did, I asked her for confirmation that she did, She furious, she threw everything in thegarbage, the sandwiches, the receipts. I keep asking for the void receipt, she finally went in the garbage, opened it andslammed it on the counter. All while trainees are watching. I guess I was the one she blew up on cause she couldn?t handle thestress of training ppl in the middle of rush hour. I did nothing to her she wasn?t paying attention to what I told her my orderwas & instead of being apologetic she got very upset.. I?ve been to this location a few other times, and the service is usually fine. Today, one of the sandwich artists David was... extremely rude and hostile towards his coworker whose name I believe is Sam. He is much older than her, and it seems she isfairly new. He was yelling at her, slamming trays and bossing her around very rudely I can?t even explain it. I couldn?t believehow utterly rude he was. I have worked at a Subway before and know how busy and hectic it gets, but that is no excuse to treatyour coworkers like garbage. Whoever is managing this location seriously needs to get this situation sorted, I would absolutelyhate to work with someone like him. Absolutely rude and unprofessional. Read more
We have been to this subway location several times. Today we were disgusted. Used the bathroom before ordering. Mold growing... in the toilet bowl and sink was dirty. This was at 11AM. Yes, we did order subs anyway. The 2 staff were friendly and thesubs tasted good. The tables were dirty....maybe had a huge crowd eating in in the morning?! No lids stocked for drinks. Like most people I order the same sandwich every time. Never had an issue till today Italian BMT. Meat just piled up not... separated same with cheese. The lady making it either didn't understand me or couldn't see maybe both. Then she was talking badabout me under her breath. It will be quite some time before I go back to this subway. Read more
