Whoever made my Mexican pizza, I'd like to shake their hand. It was the best Mexican pizza from Taco Bell I've ever had ever... ever!!! Not only was it made nicely, but it tasted so good and everything tasted so fresh. For once I can say it looked likethe one in the picture! This was around midnight-ish. I've always loved Taco Bell, but this particular experience was awesome!!At midnight there was no line and the service was awesome! Way to go Sugar Creek Taco Bell! Thank you thank you thank you! This location was my go-to for a while. I've gone countless times and only had an incorrect order once. The drive-thru always... feels quick, even during peak hours. I recommend always ordering on the app. Feels faster and the rewards are nice. Read more
I have to say this is the worst restaurant in all of iowa city. I've truthfully never encountered a place that is as horrible in... every aspect of the food industry. quality has never been good the food is never fresh even during the dinner rush. We literallytravel an hr to i80 truck stop due to there amazing quality it saves my faith for the bell however this location should be shutdown and moved a couple miles in any area away from section 8 housing. If the people cared about the food or even took pride inthere job the experience would be much better please someone fix this place its been trash for 5 years and im sure the sales andfeedback are proof. This is probably the worst taco bell I go to. I used to go at least once a week, but just can not handle it anymore and never go... anymore. Keep in mind it is about 1 minute from my house, but I would rather drive all the way to coralville for Taco John, oreven the other Taco Bell. If you go make sure to check your order before you drive away, as it is wrong literally more oftenthan it is right. They don't really keep the hours they have posted. There were chunks of meat often in my vegetarian food ,so Icoukdn't even eat it, which is very disappointing seeing how TB had food certified vegetarian. Read more
it says "closes at 2 am" but they ALWAYS close early. expect them to be closed by 12-30/1 am. my small town has nothing open so... i relied on this place for so long, but they always let you down. disappointing. edit: 1 star wish i could go down to 0. theywere gonna close at 12:30! cash only. if you hate your job that much, just f**king quit already. this is the worst fast foodrestaurant in iowa city. horrible. Edited 3/13/22. Ordered Taco Bell for a second time through grub hub and they were missing 2 items. Had to drive there to get... the replacement (which was also missing another item!!!) Waste of money. Lazy workers. They don?t care. Crunch wrap supremewas quite thin in comparison to what they advertise. The customer service at this location was horrible. I went through thedrive through and the guy was so rude, distracted, and had attitude. Yikes. Read more
Not only is the crunch wrap extremely thin this is also the second time in a row I?ve gotten Taco Bell from here and I had to... reheat my food in the microwave because it?s cold. It taste like they made these an hour ago and left them sitting there thenthrew them in a bag and said ?here?s your order.? This is a complete joke shut this location down if y?all can?t even get fastfood right you shouldn?t even be open. As far as Taco Bells go, this location is pretty good. I usually go through the drive through at this location and I have never... gotten the wrong item in my order or had any quality issues here (outside the fact that it's a Taco Bell... low expectationsfrom the start...)
