Ate with a co-worker there today and will never go back. We waited 40 minutes for our 2 sandwiches and fries. A gentleman came... in after us and sat at the bar next to us. He ordered after us, got his food, ate, paid, and left before we got our food. Wewere not checked on at all and I only got a refill when our food was finally brought out. When we got our bill is when we foundout that our room temperature fries we had with our sandwiches were $3.50 a piece. We are a retired couple in our late 70's. Purchased an old home built in 1919 on highway 57, just inside the city limits of... Aplington. We often come to Iowa Falls to shop. We relocated to Iowa from Texas in Dec of 2019. Today, we opted to try outthis restaurant/pub having passed it many times when shopping in Iowa Falls. Wife had the chicken fingers and she liked itexcept for the dinner role. I had the 8oz sirloin. It was tough. Had good flavor, but hard to to cut and chew. Dinner roll wasalso cold and under-cooked. Nice pub, very limited in parking space. Had a good time out here with the fam, drinks were good but I should?ve chose the... double cheeseburger ???? but nooooo I had to go with the buffalo burger instead, what a disappointment to say the least. Noflavor, bland and way overcooked. The rest of the fam enjoyed their burgers ???? juicy and rich in flavor. Our server was veryfriendly and professional. Read more

We called in a order for take out due to having our dog. We ordered a elk burger without a bun due to my son's wheat allergies... and a veggie burger for myself. They gave us a estimate of 10-15min. Not only did it take double the time but the burgers werepathetic. I couldn't tell the difference between the elk and veggie patties which seemed to be frozen burnt. I can't speak forthe Elk burger as they put the buns on it so my son was unable to eat it but the veggie burger was dry, stale and underwhelmingto say the least. The fries were regular frozen style. The only thing we enjoyed about the meal was the park across the street.Don't waste your money or time. You would be better off going to Dairy Queen. Read more
Great food! We get take-out from here quite often. Great place to dine-in as well.
