Had ordered 2 subs and a wrap to pick up thru the Casey's app. When I went it at the time the app said pick up would be, I gave... them my name and they were like...oh we don't have anything for you here, and I said well you better, I ordered on the app andhave the confirmation right here. So then It took all 3 of them to go look and after 5 minutes they were like um we didn't knowthis order even came in, but give us 5 minutes and we can get it made. So I said ok, fine.. the guy working making pizzas walkedoff and went to the bathroom for 30 minutes which left 2 young girls working,one on pizzas and cash register, and one on oursubs...and she was slower than molasses it took her 35 minutes to make our 2 subs and a wrap (they were fairly easy subs also).There is absolutely no reason it should ever take that long to make 3 subs. Especially since they were ordered online and werenot ready because no one was doing their job. Also concerning is the fact that you had a person making pizzas that legit spent30 minutes in the bathroom...like if you gotta spend that much time in there should you be at work? Train your staff better anddon't leave people there that are not equipped to do the job in a timely manner. Read more
Friendly service, felt welcomed. The limited time blueberry coffee was pretty good (i love blueberries, but never ever thought... it could go good in coffee). However I will say that I have never boughten a cup of coffee from any Caseys that didnt leak allover the gosh darn side. Their lids are infuriating. Read more
Okay I placed my usual order. And I'm being told that the Casey's is no longer going to have the Spinach wrap I ordered once a... week. I WANT TO KNOW WHY? I was told they are popular. I told the young lady who made it... Guess you want me to take mybusiness elsewhere. Which is what I will do. Read more
We ordered a pizza for delivery and they said what is your phone number and hung up, about an hour later I called to see if they... forgot about it and they said nobody called, and the girl who picked up the phone the first time picked it up the other time....Soooooooooo...... I?m sitting her with no pizza and people that are mad. Get that figured out Casey?s. Read more

I ordered from North Casey's and they messed up my pizza and they didn't care, she just gave me attitude. I didn't pay for it .... We went to central instead because they do an amazing job on my food and care (definitely didn't want to drive farther away butwe wanted pizza ) Not sure of there names but the guy at the register was VERY sweet and even apologized that I went threw thatat North Caseys , very kind he is! The guy who made my pizza actually made it RIGHT! it was beautiful and even threw in freecheese sticks because we had to wait .
