It's McDonald's . I was happy for fresh French fries after a 5 hour drive. It was pretty clean and the kids were pretty nice.
Manager Marla is the worst when it comes to taking and showing leadership. I placed a online order and the order wasn't showing... up when I made it there. So Randy looked up the order and ot still wasn't showing up. So I stood there about 15min as Marla texton her phone and Randy continued to stock condiments. Randy came back checked again it still wasn't there. So I asked him wasshe your manager, he says yes! He tapped her and said he wants to talk to you, and she didn't acknowledge him. I asked himwhat's her name that's when he stated it was Marla. So she finally came up I told her how long I had been there and that shewasn't trying to help or come up with a solution. If I needed to pay for the food while I was there that wasn't a problem. I waslooking for a resolution. Nevertheless Randy was awesome and patient and kind. Read more
I don't know who the new management is but my double quarter pounder had one piece of meat a slice of cheese lettuce tomato and... mayo first time I've ever seen mayo and lettuce and tomatoes on a quarter pounder and the burger was pink not cooked all the way Read more

Rude, unprofessional and understaffed!!! Need real and professional management to step in and run this restaurant before it is... ran into the ground!!! And I?m from out of town I come through to visit my family and not one time that I?ve come to this McDonald?s do They get my order right or make my food right or something isn?t wrong!!!
