This place has gotten a lot better but before it was a hot MESS! One day I went there, and they told me it was going to be a 15... minute wait to take my order. There was another time I went there, and they told me that they didn?t have any meat. The last fewtimes that I?ve been there the experience has been a lot better. Let's forget about whether or not this is the worst Burger King I've been to. This honestly might be the worst place I've ever... been to. They literally threw my food at me and slammed the window shut. Didn't say a word! Look, I get it. I worked at a BurgerKing for 5 years and 7 total in customer service. It's low pay, low incentive and the customers are often rude and entitled. Butacting the way the employees at this Burger King acted will not help your cause. Read more

The women here were super rude, unhelpful and seemed like they didn?t want to be working. One of the kiosks didn?t work and... there was a line but no one wanted to help. The lady at the front yelled at some customers that they had to order on the kiosk.When my husband asked to get our drinks the lady hatefully said I don?t know what you got. Then when she filled our drinksbecause the drink machine wasn?t working in the lobby she filled both with coke whenever one was Dr Pepper then was mad whenevercorrected. We stopped here on the way to the beach. Terrible Read more

I ordered a fish sandwich combo, why waiting in line for my order my daughter had smelled something burning, I said to her I... hope its not my fish sandwich. So I checked my sandwich before we left and what a surprise,my fish was burnt to crisp andgreasy. I walked inside showed the young man my sandwich. He acted as though I was supposed to eat that, he placed his hand onhis hip with an attitude, like I did something wrong. No I will not be returning anytime soon. The food at this location was good. It was hot and fresh and the fries were crispy. The staff was pleasant. My only complaint... about this location was that it took over 15 minutes, almost 20, from the time I arrived at the drive thru till I got my food. Iwas on a lunch break for work, so that was a little frustrating. Read more

Stopped for a Whopper yesterday. My son was with me. He's 14. Food was good. But seriously? You wait in line for ten... minutes at a drive thru? That's fine. But no "Hello" or anything. Just my order confirmed and total. And no "Thank you" or"Have a good day" or anything. What ever happened to manners?! Yeah, I'm sorry you had to work. But if you're gonna make apush to increase minimum wage, do the minimum and learn some manners. Read more

So, the process for ordering online at Burger King, is to order through the app as usual, then drive to Burger King, sit in the... drive thru line until you realize no one is going to respond to any of the cars sitting there. Then you park, go inside, siftthrough all the online order receipts until you find yours, hand it to the person behind the counter when they finally recognizesomeone is standing there, and wait for them to fulfill your order. Front counter closed at 12:30 in the day. Had to go through the drive thru to order and they took 5 minutes to take the order.... When they finally took the order, the lady would interrupt me. The food we got was low quality and one of the sandwiches wasburnt. Read more
