Overall a great an alright experience, since my last visit! I guess that the place has a whole new team, no one was familiar.... The employees that was working were asking each other what went on each sandwich. Once the cashier received the order she leftthe store, and went outside to smoke. The guy that was asking 10,000 ?'s, once he somewhat finished the order, left and wentoutside and smoked a cigarette. I ended up just eating half of the order and then asking for a to go bag! I work at the Moe?s up the street and I came in to get something before work it was a tall older man with glass & a tall lady... with braids both with collard shirts on and I have to say this is the cleanest firehouse iv ever been to the back & lobby wasspotless very friendly and only took like 5 min to make my food. I order from this Firehouse location frequently (about every week). I had an issue on March 24th and reached out to Firehouse... online and STILL haven't heard back from them. It's been 2 1/2 weeks. I don't recommend ordering online at this location becauseof their proven track record of not being ready on time. After my sub is supposed to be ready for pickup, it shouldn't takeanother 20 minutes for it to be made. I never received my sub, as I couldn't wait any longer, and haven't been contacted about arefund or even just a replacement sub. This speaks volumes about the owner or general manager (not sure who handles customerservice issues). It's apparent that the customer is not a priority no matter how much money you spend with the store. At thetime of this review I currently have 170,407 points with them. Firehouse Subs, you know what you're gonna get. The sandwiches are made well and quickly which makes this a great work lunch... stop. I know I can get in and out relatively quickly. The staff is always nice and takes my order quickly. I've never had anyissues here. Great location, overall. Read more
