Setting is on the marina, really nice place to watch the sunset on the water. Easy to get to location. Was seated indoor and... upstairs. Outdoor seating available. Clean bathrooms. Food was good. Absolutely amazing!! My blue burger was excellent, and the chicken wings are to die for. I ordered honey siracha (tastes like... sweet chili). My drink (Sweet Tea Sangria) was a masterpiece, and our waitresses were very attentive. P.S. ribs wereoh-so-tender ???? Read more
We had a party of 6 and at least 3 of us got our food and it was extremely salty!! But that wasn?t the worst. I got the Hawaiian... chicken and the menu said side of ?grilled? green beans. As you can see in the picture they served me CANNED GREEN BEANS! I saidsomething to the server and miraculously they brought me a side of fresh SALTY green beans. Idk what happened to this place butbetween waiting over 40 MINUTES for our food and then being served canned vegetables I will NOT be coming back. Nice view tho Read more
Great service and entertaining bartender. The menu has grown to verity of appetizers and dinner dishes...delish... The most... impressive thing about this place is the location. We always have a great time at Liberty On The Lake. It is about a 30 minute boat ride from our place on Lake Murray in Saluda... County. We usually load up friends and family when we are at the lake and make the trip 2 or 3 times a summer. This summer wasthe first time we made the trip since the beginning of covid, and Liberty seemed to be back in full swing. It was reallycrowded like we knew it would be, but we were seated in a reasonable amount of time. The service was good, especially for howcrowded it was. The food was great and the drinks were awesome. We came in with about 15 people, no reservations and had areally fun afternoon. Glad to see Liberty is back to handling huge crowds efficiently. We live on the lake and there are not many restaurants that you can go to by boat. The best place to dine on Lake Murray for... sure! Having said that, it is basically bar food, but it's fresh, and in my opinion, you are paying for the ambience and theviews. It's cool to arrive by boat and the turtles are so adorable in the water by the landing. They alone are worth the trip!The staff is friendly, and the place has a nice vibe with decor that highlights Lake Murray. My husband got the seared tunasandwich and said it was cooked just the way it should be, still bright pink inside. I ordered the salad with grilled shrimp. Itwas a large portion. The shrimp were tiny compared to what we grill, but they had a good flavor, and there were a lot of themunlike other places where you maybe get a few. Definitely a fun, hip place to visit. Read more
This is a very nice restaurant on Lake Murray with views of the lake. My wife got the shrimp dinner and I got the Fish and... Chips, both meals were great and our server was very attentive. We both ordered a craft beer called Sweetwater 420 which tastedgreat. Would definitely go back again. Read more
