After a 16 hour drive, we were starving! Came to Marcos 20 minutes before close and they were soo courteous. We got a delicious... pizza and 2 salads. Service was very quick. I highly recommend the salads! Read more
Honestly the worst place to order pizza in Irmo. Every single time we order here there is an issue. This time we ordered... delivery and received a pizza where half of our pizza was bare- just crust and sauce remnants - because the toppings slid to theother side of the pizza. I can only assume the driver was driving recklessly for this to happen. Another time we discovered hairin our pizza and called to complain and the manager we spoke to was very disrespectful. We stopped going for awhile after thatbecause of that instance. It's been about two years so we decided to give it another shot, and receive this mess. Lol get ittogether. Read more
Made a call to them to order and you could clearly hear them pick up after it rang it put me back on hold. If you are that busy... at 10:15pm you should consider hiring more help or better help for that matter. Whomever is the owner of the Lake Murrayfranchise is, should give this a test run around the same time of night. Just see what happens... I'm sure this skeleton crewwon't disappoint. Won't try this again.. ever. My time at home is EXTREMELY valuable and I wasted about an hour in total ontrying to order your greasy pizza and to no avail. If someone ever mentions Marco's from now on, I will def let them know whatkind of franchise this is on Lake Murray Blvd. = A HUGE JOKE P.S. and I'm STILL HUNGRY. and to the "kids" hanging up on me etc.,enjoy that $180 a week paycheck. Get used to it cuz that's all you are going to amount to you little a~holes. You have so manybad reviews and you respond with the persons name and then the same name line follows for every single one... and it's alot. They real professional and shows you care for sure. We are loyal Marcos customers, ordering multiple times a month. Since we've moved, my husband wants to loose weight so we've... been eating healthy. I convinced him to get Marcos last night. When I walked in, there were 5 workers just huddled up in theback while one was making the pizza and took over 5 minutes for someone to come to the front, even though they all looked at mewhen I walked in. The worker making pizza, I watched her fro land IN a pizza she was assembling as she bent down to getsomething and turned her head to talk to the others at the same time. My order said ready but it wasn't, and honestly they didnthave to rush it. But they did and it was severely undercooked. When we tried to pick up a piece, your fingers sunk into thedough of the under layer of the pizza. The cheesy bread on the other hand was over cooked and only had cheese on one side. Forthat many workers to be in one shop on a weekday night, there so be absolutely no reason my order should of been rushed and sobad. We won't be returning to this location. On top of that, only one staff member was nice. The rest were just rude and moreinterested in interacting with each other than doing their jobs. Actually this experience was so bad, we probably won't returnto Marcos now that there's so many other choices around. The Marcos in Augusta on fury's ferry is TOP NOTCH. Their friendly,they make amazing cheesy bread and they actually cook their pizzas fully. But now we unfortunately live closest to this locationand Marcos has now lost a loyal customer. To top it all off, my husband who has a stomach of steel, was up all night sick fromthe pizza. As was I but I have a more fragile stomach than him. So that tells us just how bad it was on top of our actual mouthexperience. We ended up throwing away this order after trying to eat a doughy piece and just making salads. Read more
I walked in & placed a 'take out' order at Marco's pizza on Lake Murray blvd on Sunday June 5. I got the listed 'special deal'... of an XL pizza with 1 topping @ $12.99. Paid & sat in my car for 15 - 20 minutes. When I walked inside to get my pizza, theemployee said, "oh we don't have any more old world pepperoni so we never made your pizza." They knew I was sitting curbside inmy car! I was ticked! I just sat there for 15-20 minutes & they could've stepped out & told me to choose another topping. They didn't offer me a discount on a replacement or anything. I told them to give me my money back, & I left. Be a long timebefore I ever go back. Read more

I have been ordering from Marco?s for years. I love the pizzas. I love the service. I love the fact that Marcos offers coupons... on their pizzas. What I don?t like is the new coupon policy that stipulates my order (after coupon and before tax and deliveryfee )must equal to $15 in order for delivery. The total for the my regular order, with the 15% coupon applied is $14.02 It is$.92 short of your newly applied minimum. There are only 2 people in my family. I don?t want to order a larger pizza nor do Iwant add additional toppings to the pizza nor do I want to add a side to my order. I am more than willing to pay that $.92difference for my pizza to be delivered. I am a loyal customer who always tips the 25%, but I don?t like feeling that I am beingrailroaded into having to purchase additional items that will way exceed the $.92. If you need that $.92 that badly, just put anoption on the order form where I can agree to pay it. This type of squeeze technique is really beneath the the standard of whatI thought Marcos represented. In all fairness I did talk directly to one of the store managers who was kind enough to make anadjustment. However, how long can I expect this kindness to be extended? I do plan to continue to order delivery pizzas but howwill things work in the future? Read more
