Called in order, person on phone told us it would be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived at pickup window, waited 5 minutes on... customer at drive thru, pulled up to window, a person stood at register a couple of minutes, opened window told us to pleasewait, walked away from window, returned in a few minutes, but did not open window for a couple of minutes more. Finally windowopens, asked us if we ordered on line or called in pickup order, replied we called in, told us she doesn't find the name, toldher we did call please check again, not found. After a brief search for our phone #, we were told the number was not found, wehadn't called them, and they hadn't been answering the phone anyway, told us we had apparently talked to the call center, noorder for us. We asked if we could get a pizza, we were told it would be 1 hour. I will not visit this Pizza Hut again. I knowit was Halloween, but that is no excuse for unacceptable customer service. Read more
Awful counter service. Waited for employee to finish playing on her phone for 8 minutes before she came to us. She saw us walk... in. Food tastes okay. Just got to dominoes next door Read more
Good pizza! Most nights it?s a solid 4/5 others a 3. They have good deals using the app.
The pizza was good. We picked it up from the window. The person at the window was nice but needs to be a little more upbeat.
Ordered the Edge Pizza Pepperoni Lovers with extra pepperoni and extra cheese, onions and jalapeños peppers. You would think... with pepperoni lovers and extra pepperoni it would not have any area on the pizza without pepperoni. Not true? plenty of openareas. Paid extra for nothing. This location never fails to disappoint! The pizza is good, but the staff seem to be on their own and have no pride in what... they do. This is a direct reflection on management. Read more
Pizza was hot(suprised), normally warm. The wings were horrible (cold and hard with barely any sauce. They tasted burnt.) There... are issues with my order every time I go to this location. I should have kept going to the location on St. Andrews. I have nothad any issues with my food. My husband even stop going to the location on Dutch Fork because his order is always wrong. Read more
Great food and even better service, I?d ordered my food around 5pm last Friday expecting it to be ready over an hour later,... seems to always take longer on the weekends, but it surprisingly came out hot and fresh the moment I got there.
