Friday afternoon at 3:00 they were so discombobulated they made us wait 20 minutes for two cookies and a glazed doughnut. We... eventually had to complain and only then were told they were out of doughnuts. Just terrible customer service. When you areshort-staffed, you need to periodically tell your customers that you are sorry and that you are working as fast as you can. Youneed a system to know quickly if you are out of an item. I doubt they were really out of doughnuts, just they needed to reducetheir workload. No refund offered for doughnut, just a replacement item of equal value was offered. I can't imagine coming tothis location often, it must be so frustrating. Read more

The drink I ordered was good but got denied to pay in cash because the girl taking my order didnt want to count her drawer... again. I was also laughed at for the way i pronounced the sizes. Guess you just have to scrape from the bottom of the barrel forsome employees these days. Read more
Any person who knows any thing about coffee knows this is terrible. You can pay way less at the QT gas station and get superior... coffee. I even bought there beans and cooked myself and made the coffee better. But beans they sell are pretty low qualitycompared to just buying a generic bean at any grocery store. Read more
We love Starbucks! This is one of the biggest, cleanest stores I?ve been in. It?s right down the road from my daughters cheer... gym and they are always fast and friendly. Read more
Not sure what the issue is but I believe multi tasking and not being present made this a visit from HELL! Now I love Starbucks.... But the gal clearly was not listening. I had to repeat my order four times. She tried to ask me if I wanted some other coffee.Then when I went to order a protein bar she asked if I wanted cheddar? Huh. I never do bad reviews but this is the third time I have received a horrible coffee. Its so bad. I come here almost daily & get... 1-2 pumpkin frapps each visit. There was no syrup in these coffee. I dont taste any coffee. It tastes like watered down milk. Noone is answering the phone at the store so I can?t get new ones made & I ordered through the app so I cant get my $13 back. Itsice in the middle & watery milk on the outside. Disgusting. I know things happen - so I just want 2 new coffees!!!!! Read more
