Unprofessional and rude. I went in to pick up a to-go order and the employee looked at the bag. Told me it wasn't mine. Then... proceeded to go hangout with friends while the drive thru and inside lines were packed. When another employee finally helped meI realized she didn't even really check. When I mentioned it to the employee that my bag was there the entire time her responsewas...so. So I will never step foot in this restaurant again. She said her name was Mallory. Read more

Good place for chicken. Service is usually pretty fast. Food is consistently good.

Had the most horrible experience the other day at this zaxbys. Was in the drive thru line for about an hour. AN HOUR. When I... finally got to the window I could see all the workers mingling and playing around. They were play fighting and just chattingfollowing each other around doing nothing. Was so disappointed but the lady taking the orders was the only one not messingaround and seemed so aggravated with her co workers she even apologized to me. Ordered a chicken finger plate, with an extra sweet and spicy sauce and a lemonade with no ice. Didnt get the cole slaw, never... did i say i did not want it, didnt get the zaxs sauce, never said i wanted to replace it with a sweet and spicy sauce (glad ahad extra Chick-fil-A sauce). The lemonade tasted like it was watered-down since i got no ice, did they really watered-down mylemonade!!! When you crave something for it only to be all wrong, the feeling ugh... Today, passing through this location from an out of town trip we stopped at this establishment. Immediately when we walked in... someone had an issue with their meal and was causing an unnecessary scene for sure. However, up till the end of the exchange Ithought the manager Michael (I believe that is what he told her his name was) did a good job handling it. He stated the policyof the restaurant, made the sandwich a second time to the unaccepting customer. He offered her something in exchange plusrefund, but that did not seem pleasing either and backed up the employee by saying they were only doing what they were trainedto do. The ladies complaint about the hair in her food should have ended the moment she walked out the door but he continued theconversation with customers who were in the dining room restating the policy. A simple apology to everyone and assuring themthey will have their orders soon would have done more I believe. Besides that, the meal was hot and the only thing wrong withthe order was they forgot the cookies on the order. Read more

Amazing food! This was our first time and we were super excited to try it and was not disappointed! However, we witnessed a... manager belittle one of his employees and it was very unprofessional. I would like to see the manager spoken to and remindedthat his employees are there to be encouraged, especially now. Read more

Very clean. Fast service. I prefer to go inside places. I don't like waiting in drive throughs. The extra zax sauce is .50 cents... just know that if you like extra sauce. The sweet tea is on point. As is the food. Read more

5 stars form October to 1 star in January. This new chicken sandwich- Caribbean jerk or whatever is NOT chicken! Didn?t look... like chicken, didn?t feel like chicken, didn?t taste like chicken!
