I was scolded by the attendant. This is the second time he seemed it necessary to scold me about a situation that had nothing... to do with him. It seems to me he isnt a happy person and did all of this in front of other customers. Very unprofessional and aterrible attitude for a person in customer service. Upset being charged for a hot coffee instead of ice coffee cuz cashier didnt seem to know the difference and stated that there... was no botton for ice coffee. They cost different and they are not the same thing. Read more
I?ve been calling this place constantly, says their open, they don?t answer the phone, and I?ve got burgers from their, asked... for ?well done? and the inside was PINK/RAW! And I got NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE when I called back and even showed them pictures ofwhat happened! They did not care ONE BIT! Plus remember if you go there with your kids and you order a chocolate milk and youget a refill you are going to be charged anywhere between three and four dollars for a 6 ounce glass! Started calling at 545been calling it?s now 7:32 and still NO ANSWER! I?ve spent a lot of money at this place and still, nothing but a hassle 7-10times I call and order, I also got attitude when I called one time at 7:38.
