Once again .. I ordered and was charged for 4 pizzas and only received 3 ? call and call no one answers the phone .
I wish I could rate higher but this is my overall experience over two years. Trying to call and place an order for carryout is... hit n miss, sometimes they answer and sometimes you can call a dozen times and let it ring for 5 mins and no answer. I had afriend check by going to location and they were just ignoring the phone, and there were no other customers. On the good days,the pizza is tasty and no issues with anything(though I know which lady they are speaking of in the other reviews and theyaren't wrong). Let?s say if I could give less I would.. ordered 3 pizzas 2 crazy breads and the order was over 50 bucks when we arrived home... the pizzas were undercooked and beyond greasy. We had to bake the pizzas the rest of the way in order to make them edible. Mywife called and spoke with the manager who said ?sure we will refund you your money the regional manager will get ahold of youtomorrow..? it?s three days later now and still no call.. Stay far far away from this place they are inept and over priced justdown the road to a a dominos and Pizza Hut they both make a better pizza for the same price. Read more
Ordered two extra most bestest pizzas that were far from extra most bestest because they barely had any toppings. Dough was thin... and rubber like, and over cooked. The crazy bread was also over cooked and dry. It took 30 minutes for us to get our two pizzasand crazy bread. Read more
When Little Ceasars advertises that they have "Hot and Ready," lets just say that doesn't apply to this place. Most of the... employees are lazy and rude. When they do happen to have a Hot and Ready pizza available, it looks and tastes like it has beensitting under a heat lamp for about a week. Read more
Long drive-thru lines, but it moves quick enough. They need more employees and are hiring, so hopefully it will get better... faster and maybe able to keep "hot & ready" pizzas available because they can't quite seem to catch up. But at the worst youmay have to pull ahead and and wait a few minutes. Read more
Love Little Caesars stuffed crust pizzas!! I went there today to order two of them and the sign said $9 but when I got my... receipt it's at $9.99 plus the additional toppings of course. When I asked the guy behind the counter about it he said it wasbecause my pizzas were custom they were $9.99 if I would have had just the pepperoni stuffed crust it would have been just $9.hard to believe that they charge $0.99 because I made a custom Pizza isn't that why you pay a $1.50 each for the extratoppings... I have never been to a restaurant or food establishment that has such poor service all of the staff is rude and unwelcoming they... have no sense or urgency you can call the phone and no one will pick up every one has Poor attitudes I love little Ceasars pizzaand breadsticks but the quality of there food at this particular location is horrible the food is poorly prepared if I couldgive them 0 stars I would they definitely need new staff because every time I have gone there every staff member I have dealtwith gives the worst customer service I have ever experienced Read more
