The best fast food burger I have had came from Wendy's. That is why I was so disappointed in the burger i just had today. You... can not have a burger called the baconator and use fake bacon. On top of that, the bacon was basically cooked into charcoal. Thepatty was decent, but I specifically ordered no onions and there were onions on my burger on top of it. I gave Wendy's a chanceto make it right when i brought the onions and the charcoal bacon and showed how the bacon fell apart like i was crushing acracker. All I got was a ?sorry man?. I guess Wendy's doesn't care about their customers anymore, so I will no longer orderfrom Wendy's, instead I will be eating at Hardee's down the street who I went straight to after leaving Wendy's and got myself areal fastfood burger. At least they still make sure there food is quality eating. Read more

Put in my order and asked for a small frosty on the side. Instead the guy brings me a small frost and no drink. I tell him I... wanted it on the side, then he brings me a small drink which is fine but I was charged for a medium. Pretty disappointing. Read more
Ordered a large strawberry frosty, guy at window tried giving us a small. We told him no its a large then he comes back with a... chocolate frosty, we said it was supposed to be strawberry. It irritated me alot since when we were ordering thru drive thru heasked 2 times and it was right on the receipt. Gotta pay attention and get orders right so your not holding up the line. I don'tknow how you guys do stuff round here but as I was a store manager and a shift manager in fast food for almost 8 years. Quality,speed, and customer service were most important. My big cheddar was also just thrown together and looked unappetizing. Read more
If I could do 0 stars I would. I used to work here and I am supposing that's why they refuse to give me the right food, but they... claim because I complain so often about my food being messed up. I wouldnt complain so often if my food wasn't messed up sooften. I ordered on doordash and my complete order was wrong. I ordered a junior cheeseburger add tomato two of them actually abacon double stack add Mayo add lettuce no onion a cheese potato with butter a bacon and cheese potato add chives at sour creamand a strawberries salad. My salad did not come with the almonds my bacon and cheese potato chives and sour cream did not havethe chives and sour cream. My cheese potato didn't come with butter my bacon and double stack add Mayo add lettuce no onion camewith no maya no lettuce and onion and my junior cheeseburgers came with no tomato. This is the last time I will order since theyrefuse to give me the right food. And I suggest if you like wendys and getting the RIGHT food.
