Burgers and nuggets were great. Fries were undercooked. I had to use the kiosk to order. Food took more time than usual to be... prepared. I was given the wrong sauce for my nuggets. This location is absolut garbage. I went to get breakfast for my wife this morning at 10:15. I placed my order to be told they... aren't serving breakfast and had moved over to lunch. I asked what time they stop serving breakfast and was told 10:30. Iresponded with the correct time of it being 10:16. They told me they were out of product.... if this was a one time thing Iwould not mind, but it happens all the time. Last time this store told my they had moved over to lunch at 10:05. If you postoperating times you work those times. Apparently this is a hard concept for this store. I will take my business elsewhere andcontinue to be amazed this store is even open. Read more
We went Drive through. The girl kept repeating the order to the point of us having to pull up to the window. At the window, she... still kept repeating our order until she FINALLY got it right. We get home and... the order was missing an order of Fries, aDrink and a Big Mac. On top of that, one of the Drinks was a Cherry Coke. NONE of us like Cherry Coke! We certainly didn't orderit. So, not only did I have drive all the way back to McDonald's, but they had still screwed up our order!!! My daughter had gotgotten home from her Open Heart Surgery Dr's appointment. I got big breakfast with pancakes and DIDNT get ANY SYRUP!!!!???????? who does that!?!? Common sense!???? I was waiting all... night for some delicious milky buttery pancakes with warm homemade syrup. BUT DIDNT GET ANY SYRUP!!!? How am I supposed to eatmy pancakes with out syrup!! No bad for a Sunday. Could have been a little better on the time, noticed a little to much talking and playing around with... customers waiting to be served both inside and the drive thru. But it was a laid back Sunday so I won't complain to much andbesides the food was hot and good. Read more
I don't know what is wrong with this place, employees are rude, also, they never have ice cream, I've been here at least 10... times on the past weeks and they always say the icecream machine is down, no shakes, nothing. Last time, I ordered on line, andwhen I went to pick it up they just gave me my money back because, surprise, no icecream. Never going back to this place. Read more
