Probably the worst Zaxby's I've ever eaten ate. The food quality is not up to par. Sometimes I have burnt toast other times my... chicken is cooked too long. I placed an order online. When I FINALLY got to the window, they told me my order was picked up. Mind you I ordered it through... their website 30 minutes prior and no one knew I did. After the person at the window talking to the manager for 12 minutes, evenasked me to ask my son (who I told while in the drive-thru that I was getting it & he's only 13...I said this 3 times) if hepicked it up, the manager reluctantly remade my $32 order. This is the first Zaxby?s that I?ve ever stopped going to. I have been to this particular location 4 times and they have never... been able to get my order correct, whether it?s forgetting to put any sauce at all with the meal; even after ordering extra orgiving the wrong drink or not giving you the right amount of chicken fingers. They will also never answer their phone so don?tbother calling when you get home and something is missing. Um this is by far the only zaxbys I?ve been to that I NEVER come back to. The customer service was not good. Everybody on their... phones and conversations. I ordered a boneless wings and things the boneless wings looked like they barely touched the fryersuper rubbery when I pulled them apart,French fries were tasteless overcooked. This location just don't care about the quality of the food. Our company will even go on a long break away from them and try to... go back but we're quickly reminded why we stop going in the first place. Was in the drive thru at 4:20PM and received some of the worst service of my entire life. After being rushed to order, the order... taker had a nasty attitude as if I was I inconveniencing her by placing my order. When I got to the window, the cashier hadacrylic nails that were over 3 inches that curled downward. Having worked in the restaurant industry, The Jefferson countyhealth department states that acrylic nails may be worn but that gloves have to be worn as well. I will be referring this to thehealth department for further investigation because this is a sanitation issue and food safety hazard and against the healthcode of Alabama.
