The pizza is terrific- the service is tremendous. Tiffany - the manager is on top of details and knows her customers. She... gives the local high school kids their first jobs and trains them very well - so for the folks who are criticizing the help,mention it to Ms Tiffany - the feedback helps her train them. My family ran a pizzaria for 30 years, its hard work, and if youare getting Pizza in Irondequoit, would highly recommend - the food is excellent. Always hot and fresh. Read more

If you want a cauliflower crust which they order frozen you can't get it with any coupon deals. And. It's because this is what... I'm told " the computer won't let her". I'm not a fan of pizza I hate it. But I'll eat it on that crust but I'm not buyinganything from marks if I can't use a coupan because " the computer won't allow it". Terrible customer service. Lesson learned. Don't order during the week as all the good ppl aren't there to make the food right. Ordered a sheet with 30... wings. Sheet pizza had no sauce on it, dry as hell. Ordered buffalo parm and garlic Parm wings and neither had any sauce letalone flavor. Were over cooked and dried out. Super disappointed Read more
Good food but patently bad service?a year ago I placed a ?party? sized order and upon delivery asked for plates and napkins, i... was told that I did not ask for them and the delivery person did not have any?ok, so I chalked that up to maybe I should nothave tipped the driver soo much?having learned my lesson in year two I placed another party sized order which including?delivery charges? and tip approached $150, this time I explicitly asked for ?plates and napkins? and was assured by the persontaking my order that I would get them. SHAME ON ME?of course the driver shows up with all the food at the party locationwithout the requested plates and napkins and i am left holding the bag as the driver wanted me to wait while my food got cold soshe could go get me some. My wife decided that we were going to get something out the other night. She picked Mark's and order a sub called "The Stinger"... with a couple sides of seasoned fries, the were supposed to be steak fries but oh well, and their brew pub sauce. Summed up, Ohmy God!!!! The sub was amazing; shaved steak, fried chicken tenders, and then your choice of cheese, sauce, and toppings. Awesome combination. And their sauce, fantastic.
