Good hot food fast accurate and awesome customer service
Absolutely terrible service. Ordered food and asked for sauce as well, we didn?t get sauce with our food, so we explained that... we didn?t get our sauce, and the worker, his name was Alex, popped off with ?is that an attitude?? All we wanted was our saucewith our food. This isn?t the first time Alex has gotten ignorant with customers. Definitely needs to work on better customerservice. Read more
Ironton mcdonalds in my opinion is the worst one. They constantly get orders wrong and will only give you part of your order.... When you tell them you are missing items, they will swear they put the items in the bag to try to make you look like you aretrying to get stuff for free. If they put the whole order in the bag, and got it right, I wouldn't have to go back to getmissing items or to fix wrong items. Big lack of attention by almost all workers. Some of the workers are great, you can tellhow things will go by who is at the windows. Read more
Probably one of the fastest McDonald's I've ever been to after three separate visits.
The reason for the low review is because the manager should have better customer service skills. We were short one order of... fries?when we told her she checked the ticket and said we didn?t order them. Instead of just apologizing for the incorrect orderand the our time wasted, she charged us for another order of fries?it?s not the money, it?s the attitude and almost rudeness.McDonald?s charges enough for their food, they could have provided good customer service by bringing an order of fries to thetable. Instead we had to stead at the counter with the rest of our food getting cold, waiting for her to ring up the fries. Read more
Let's face it.. except for the fries...McDonald's food sucks, and is way overpriced.. but it's fast, kids are attracted to it,... and no dishes to do after dinner... But I would choose any other restaurant besides McDonald's when I have a choice Read more
They don?t put any Oreo or any kind of toppings on their McFlurrys. It is only on the top and pure vanilla ice cream at the... bottom. Read more
Didn't get the order right. Ordered a sausage biscuit and when I got home I had a biscuit with only cheese.
